You are right! Kpop singers LOVE to act on their notes and will either "crouch" or lean back for the performance act purposes... even if it's completely unnecessary 😅 It's sorta part of a "style" 🤷‍♀️

Holy crap the relaxing the jaw thing worked! I was on tune for once and i sounded fairly smooth!!! With time and practice I think ill start getting better, ive never found such a helpful video on the internet

I recently found your videos and have really been enjoying how you touch on people's positive examples. If I were to make a request it would be to use some of Adam Lambert's live performances. I think he is an amazing example of fantastic singing techniques. Maybe starting with his 'Who Wants to Live Forever' performance with Queen at Isle of Wight festival.

Dr. Marc, I've been wanting to ask you - have you watched Jin sing Awake early on? He tended to bend over to hit those high notes and I've always wondered how he could hit them in that position. Have you seen that? What do you think about Jin's posture? I do believe that these days he doesn't fall back into this position. I'm assuming his vocal coach finally taught him not to do that. I do love Jin's voice and the fact that he could sing so well in that position always amazed me. I was just wanting your perspective.

okay dude.. i love the information and stuff but you’re always pausing RIGHT before the high note to talk about something you already said a minute ago... i love the input but maybe time the pauses a little better??

I am still a huge fan Dr. Marc. I appreciate your format and your way of explaining things. I tried for a very long time not to complain, but if I am going to stay subscribed I need to at least have my voice heard on this. I appreciate the talent of BTS, but your channel has been oversaturated with videos of them( or bands that sound similar and have the same style , but mostly BTS ). It's been a very long time, probably over a month, since I have really been excited about your videos. I personally need more regular variety. I hope I'm not offending you. But I feel myself slowly slipping away. Is the problem that there are not enough request for other artists? That being said, you have a right to keep doing what interests you. Perhaps I'll have to move on.

No, it’s been plenty for about two months now. I’ll try to start requesting, but I usually find out about certain performances from these reaction videos.

@Rosannasfriend Tell me what you are wanting to hear? I have done some Dimash and Diana as well but because I am doing fewer videos that earlier in the summer it probably feels like there is just less in general. Not offended but grateful for the chance to try to keep you engaged.

So you just want me exploring a wider variety and aren’t necessarily looking for specific artists? If that is the case then I can see why you aren’t super satisfied with the recent trend. I’ve been trying to find the balance between doing stuff that has performed well on my channel with new stuff that is different that doesn’t. Not to worry though I think I have some new ones on the way here that you will really like!!! The next video to go up will be another Diana video, then my 3 of 3?BTS THEN I WILL DO a new group I haven’t done yet that I have fallen in LOVE with - US based group and I’m guessing they will be new to you but I guess we we will see. But PLEASE - Rosannasfriend - you’ve been with me almost from the start - if you want something even if it is just you want something new that you haven’t heard before - tell me! I’ll listen. It might take me a week or two to actually get it out but I’ll listen. Go onto my website and shoot me an email (comments here on RU-vid are more hit and miss depending on how busy I get) .
