Proactive policing usually means violating citizens of their constitutional rights...maybe police lose their authority and ability to do their job better, because they abuse that power!!!

Never call them regardless, they're plausible deniers and provide coverage/immunity to criminals/terrorists as long as they agree with their ideology to buy them more time than they actually deserve.

What is this comment that the cops tried to pull over a 'suspicious vehicle'? What law is being broke when a couple cops just THINK something is hinky? I still haven't heard what EXACTLY these cops where pulling over this vehicle for. "Suspicious vehicle" sounds like something akin to a cop yelling 'stop resisting' while their gang beats the sh*t out of a perp.
In NY the mayor is a Democrat. Of the 51 city council seats 46 are held by Democrats. The AG is a Democrat. The DA is a Democrat. The Police Commissioner is appointed by the mayor. The issues NYC is having are the fault of the Democratic Party. The most recent Republican mayor of New York City served from 1994-2001.

But NYS has very strict gun control laws. How can this happen when you have thousands of gun laws and restrictions?? Maybe NYS needs another couple hundred gun control laws to point to?
