2 Orion HCCA 3000.1DSPLX amplifiers clamped IN CAR on the Termlab Magnum. 

I blew the power supply in my hcca 8k. The car stereo shop said it would cost between $400-500 to get it fixed. I sent it in to Orion and the fixed it for free. I also like that you get a person when you call them and not voice prompts.

My orion 3000.1dsplx will be here tomorrow and I am super excited

Just bought my first 3000.1 dsplx!! Installing it in a Corolla this weekend with 100ah of headway cells! Whoee can't wait to hear it!! These amps are just incredible..if you got the juice to run them!😜

awesome amps, I'll buy 1 eventually.. not many amps are still rated at 12.6v.. I see sum of the ampere audio amps are rated at 12.8v and fairly priced, but the 3k don't have triple inputs either.. this hcca 3k is the .5ohm king of all amps.

I got one on 2 SKAR EVL18’s in my truck that’s slamming at 1ohm love my amp and have 3 batteries and a mechman 370 elite

This is the same set up I'm about to throw in my car I baught 2 of them they will be strapped together at a 1ohm load my voltage won't be that high though it's a 14.8 with a brand x 390 amp Alt with 240ah of lithium I will be running my 2 15inch Orion hcca D4 in a 6th order wall series tuned hopefully this build will be done in the next week or so I'm so so excited!!

team orion for the win. i saw this amp hit 13000 watts at .5 ohm is this equivalent to the old school cheater amps that were powered way over the rating? making 7k when its rated 3k

For spl ,a ported flat wall has always worked the best for me , do you feel the same way ?

I was just debating with emf audio about Orion amplifiers... Dude mentioned clamping them for power in a car and said dynos are basically pointless. So... I'm glad to see the clamp test on these. I hope he watches this.

A 950 amp draw on your power. You end up with 12,000 W. Need to have serious stiffening to run this. Mine is special built by me. I did some crazy stuff you just don’t see. What are you running for subs?

Wow that’s a lot of power from two amps.. you do have 6 + & - per amp tho 😎 Why can’t you show testing at all frequencies. All these vids show 60Hz and 65 Hz, I could be way wrong but I have a feeling it would be still be good numbers but less at different frequencies

I have 2 Skar ZVX-18v2s on an Orion Xtr2500.1Dz. I do everything myself. Walled in my 04 f150. It metered a 155. 3. I'm saving for hcca. All my life it's always been Orion except for my current subs. I'm saving money and selling my Xtr2500.1Dz. I know I could get more db and I hsve proven 100s here in my city about Orion against all other and in this town its Taramps or Sundown. No one believed me until they sat in my truck. My box I made at our cabinet shop using 2 inch thick panels and 6 sheets of 1 inch for baffling and coated 1/4 thick internally with fiberglass. . I will never have braces in my enclosures and you going to laugh at me but I believe it cancles sound waves and effects db. There is no box flex period! The way I built panels is extreme . Then except for front box is wrapped again with 2x8s. My entire interior is layered in Birtch and the science of reflection sound waves can gain such an unbelievable amount that today's top competitions you they have subs facing each other and internal box braces ran. Idk I spent two months researching and testing my cab. Sorry for long text. One more thing. That was on stock electrical one stock battery and dipped to 10.8volts. I run it on 2 XSpowers now and I would bet money it would legal a 157+. I am Orion and will be using all Orion. Working on it now!

What's going on with Orion? Seems like you guys are revamping complete line up, adding more false max watt claims on cheap lines and increasing pricing on the underrated lines(xtr and hcca)

why do the 3ks have triple power and ground but the 5k only has 2 power and grounds. something dont add up?

I do don't get it the new Orion amp when turn it on my bass knob it's has a clipping light on but the other power light is off on the knob. I look at the amp the clipping light is not on but the power on the amp is on

How do you have two different scores with one test? I'm running one of these at a half ohm on 2 15-in resilient sounds gold and it's not pushing them that hard for some reason??

I may have missed it in the video but what are you wired down too? Are you wired at .5 or lower? Thinking about picking one of these bad boys up.

This is a question I have for all. On the 17k where do you put all the fuses at. It saying 1700 amp fuse rating. Asking. Just curious. Or just in general thanks some people need too know.

This is a brazilian hybrid amplifier... No need to sugar coat it, this is why its so small and does the power it does.

So a labeled "3k" amp has 3 sets of power and ground inputs and puts out 7-7500+ clamped? Bad ass but C'mon we all know thats not a 3k amp.
