So many people dealing with any chronic illness (especially those that don't have obvious injury) aren't believed, understood, consistently supported. I am so sorry to hear about what your daughter is going through. As you said, fibro is the diagnosis you get when they rule out all others, so it varies so much from person to person. No, my neurologist doesn't knows what is causing my migraines, but they are also not episodic, it is a chronic illness (if I wasn't on meds, I would have a mild to severe headache 24/7). So it's not a matter of always having a trigger to set them off, and headaches do run in my family which is most likely the reason I have my illness. ~ Sher
glad to see you Sher ! My daughter also had fibro and has been struggling for two years , it has caused a huge problem in her life as she is 19 . I am worried sick over her and what to do to help her . I would love to hear more about what is helping you . She doesn't get many migraines but gets motion sickness every time she drives and has pain , exhaustion . Hope you are fully recovered and praying for you . You definitely shouldn't apologize! Glad to see you feeling better even if it's only for a day or two. I have several family members that deal with fibromyalgia and I know it is very painful condition. I will tell you that it can get better to where you have more good days then bad. Im into holistic health and have you search for natural ways dealing with migraine headaches I use to have them so bad I changed my diet and I haven't had a headache since blessings to you and hubby I subscrided to him as well.
