Cooking recipe and ingredients:

3 tablespoons raisins. (½ cup/60g/oz).
Fill with cold water for 20 minutes.
700 ml. milk or oat milk (3.5 cups/23 fl oz).
1 tablespoon instant coffee.
1 tablespoon warm water.
Mix.
Add 3 tablespoons blue agave syrup or other sweetener.
12 gr. (a little less than a tablespoon/0.4 ounces).
Instant gelatin.
Mix.
Heat in a water bath, the mixture must not boil!
Grease the molds with vegetable oil.
Divide the raisins into the molds.
For convenience, pour the mixture into a pitcher.
Pour the milk mixture into molds.
Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Look at the texture!
1 teaspoon cocoa.
1 tablespoon water.
Mix.
30 gr. Roast (1/3 cup/1 ounce) hazelnuts.
Grind.
Add nuts.
Add raisins.
Some blue agave syrup.

Date syrup 110 gr. (1/2 cup / 23.8 ounces)
Heat in a water bath.
Pour the syrup into the baking dish.
Gently tilt the pan to coat the bottom and sides of the pan.
3 eggs.
1 tablespoon instant coffee.
1 tablespoon warm water.
Mix.
700 ml. milk or oat milk (3.5 cups/23 fl oz).
Mix.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1/3 tablespoon stevia or other sweetener.
Mix.
Strain the mixture through a sieve.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Cover with foil.
Place in a pot of hot water.
Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
Let the dessert cool.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
