Hello dear ones, how are you? Today I propose two recipes for making FRIED PUMPKIN FLOWERS that are out of this world!
1️⃣In the first recipe I will use the batter with yeast to make the classic battered courgette flowers as they are eaten in Rome
🥣Ingredients
Water 100 g + 50 g
yeast 5 g
Flour (type 00) 100 g
8 courgette flowers
fry oil
salt
2️⃣In the second recipe I will use yeast-free batter to make courgette flowers in tempura, as is done in oriental cuisine to obtain quick, light and crunchy frying!
🥣Ingredients
70 g 00 flour
50 g of rice flour
Very cold sparkling water 200 g
20 courgette flowers
mozzarella cheese
anchovies in oil
Seed oil for frying
salt
