Sir in 2019 the A.R. is higher than M.R. ..so why we are not using the surplus amount to recover the shortworkings? Though the period to recover the amount is first 3 years..and 10000 can be recouped Please please help me sir
In Royalty Chapter, Deficiency can be recovered by the Lessee in two ways 1.FIXED way Here the loss or deficiency can be recovered only for a fixed time period usually in the first three or four years. Example : loss only during the first three years as in the video above. 2.FLOATING way Here the loss or deficiency can be recovered of ANY YEAR in the next two or three years as per agreement. Example : Agreement is to recover losses of any year in coming 2 years. Then loss of 3rd year can be recovered in 4th and 5th year And loss of 8th year can be recovered in 9th and 10th year. Hope this clears your confusion.

because dear the question states that the rt. recoupment of excess royalty paid is restricted to first three years only, and 2019 is the fourth year if it has been stated short-workings can be recouped in the following three years then we might have used the excess in the way you wanted
