Yes its possible. My company use like this. Different isp but same infrastructure use same btu. Both plan is 1gbps. If both isp speedtest at same time will not achieve 1gbps. Maybe its the btu couldn't support more bandwidth

Simply use router on upnp mode and connect lan from fiber router to wan port of dlink or tp link router...no need to set it to pppoe mode....if you want more router to be connected to fiber router then use a switch with more lan ports..😁😁😁😁

You cannot do this for every ISP . The PPPOE is unique , and admit just 1 connection, single NAT per user . So .... no can do
