I used to tune and modify racing 2 strokes and port matching does make a difference, not very much at maximum power when the engine is devouring air, for example at 9000 rpm the air goes through the ENTIRE ENGINE in 0.0066 of a second, ( 60 seconds divided by 9000 rpm) the port matching helps just before the powerband and with the throttle pickup, when the airflow is less. My engines would go 12000, in this case the air goes through the entire engine in 0.005 of a second. (60 seconds divided by 12000)
Hey Frank, I have one of these engines with a big exhaust on. It runs quite nice and I’ve just bought a reed valve kit, do you have any suggestions on how to port it or do these engines not preform well with a reed conversion??
Hello Sir, Got a similar 63cc Kasei 2 stroke but it is hard to turn and thinking its the compression release problem, where on the engine would I find it to fix it, close to the pull string or close to the exhaust on this 63cc, Thank you in advance
@@frankg3278 can you make me one. Ive been looking for something like this so I can run the motor in a frame of a bicycle and use a transmission for it.
