Yes this is a joke, humour clip on a old piston 😄 I will soon post real two stroke porting vid. With cc specialty porting tools.. see my other vids, i have ported all my rides.
I believe this video was made in purpose with incomplete information and instruction. He wanted us to think of the effect. Just think about single ring with this concept and Power valve concept. You no need to port your cylinder block (a mistake will cost you more) this is brilliant. Piston and rings are cheap (easy modifications). I give 4 stars
it makes air exits the combustion chamber faster and lowers the compression level so the engine can run at higher RPMs. it increases top speed but sacrifices the acceleration. works like a power valve by making the air escape faster and lower its compression. but power valve opens at high RPMs or at its peak power so the compression at lower RPMs stays normal thus didn't effect the accelaration. so with power valves, engines can reach higher top speeds without losing acceleration.
Yes sir. I already try it on my kasei 63cc engine. I cut 0.5mm at the edge of my transfers port. Its increase top speed but very slow at starting. Its a little hard to tuning the carburator
I tried this a it did not work I could not get it to start, I tried easy start the lot, just can’t figure out why. Pls help if any one els over comes this problem.
I just drilled a hole through my piston so it wouldn't hit but I didn't call it a hole in a piston it's a pressure release valve that open 100% of the time
I’m actually trying a lighter job similar to this on a motorized bike, hope it’ll work, I will loose compression, but I could shave the head to gain it back.
motors-ported, I’ve tried my best to not remove too much material but it’s to the point tat it’ll line up with the port better. I have a 60cc motorized bike and the ports sit too low on the cylinder, and I can’t seem to find any cylinder spacers on the market, so this method should help flow significantly.
I Do this tutorial at my piston... It work very fine. 3ps more and less friction, because the 1. piston Ring is popping out and fly trought the exhaust out. Good tutorial..
