The barrier wall is an EDUCATION edition exclusive it was there to prevent players from turning their education map into a survival/creative world by escaping these do exist

You have to activate education and get it with commands, in vanilla bedrock can't be obtained I remember. Same happens with the allow block (you can put blocks anywhere over it in adventure) and the deny block (doesn't allow to put blocks anywhere over it in survival)

A is a lie, it wasn't accidentally discovered. B is true, there are border walls. C is true, not in bedrock edition though. (I haven't seen any in Bedrock)
