For Shan Dum Biryani -
For Marination:
Chicken - 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Yogurt - 300 gm
Tomato sliced - 3 medium
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Shan Bombay biryani - 1 packet (60gm)
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
For Barista:
Onion - 3 big
Oil for frying - 2 cups
Potato - 2 medium
For Rice:
Bay leaves - 2
Big cardamom - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 2
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Black cumin seeds (shah jeera) - 1 tsp
Green cardamom - 4 - 5
Basmati rice - 1 kg
Salt - 4 tsp
For Second Marination:
Crushed onion fry - full
Potato fry - full
Oil - 1 cup
For Biryani Layer:
Chicken masala - full
Boiled basmati rice - full
Orange food color - 1 pinch
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Pure ghee - 2 tbsp
For Chicken Masala Biryani -
For Marination:
Shan Bombay Biryani Masala - 1 ful packet (60gm)
Chicken - 1 kg
Red chili powder - 1 tsp (optional)
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Yogurt - 300 gm
For Masala:
Onion - 4 big
Oil - 1 cup
Marinated chicken - full
Tomato - 2 big
For Rice:
Basmati rice - 1 kg
Big cardamom - 1
Black pepper - 10 -12
Shah jeera (black cumin) - 1 tsp
Green cardamom - 5
Bay leaves - 1
Cloves - 3
Javitri (mace) - 1 small piece
Salt - 3 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 cup
Chopped mint leaves - 1 cup
Yello food color mix with little water - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
