I like your left side better! I got the comb after I saw hazel goddess try it and I used it on my wash n go 2 days ago! I feel like it just rubbed the product off of my hair as well and then i didn't realize I started to use the comb to detangle and then I smoothed the gel on my hair just like you did. It worked way better for me and this is the best wng i've ever had and i've been natural since june 2015! Its still defined and has alot of movement I love it!
I can't get my hair as defined as your soooo living through your hair I'm going with the smoothing side. Ican get volume but not the definition I crave.
Hey cousin!!! It's all about how long you want to stretch your wash and go. Both methods had the end result of bomb ass hair, lol! If I were to be able to wash my hair every three days or so, I'd use the first method. If not, definitely the second. It's about that versitility girl!

Yes, I was able to tell the difference in beginning of video. I like the way you done the left side better. It's more defined and the right side is frizzy/pouffy. The 3 row comb done a great job.
About a month ago, I had the same issue you did when you used the comb after applying the gel, instead, I used a Denman brush. It does feel like you're raking the gel off which I hate lol. I did the same as you and used my detangling utensil before the gel and my results came out amazing.
The results were great!! I think the Left side is better but I like the right side as well. The left side does look to have more definition and the right has more volume. For me I'd try the method of the left side!
You are right about what you said about the frizziness on the 3row side. It's okay just frizzy. It really looks much better on the side that where you did the smoothing technique. However, Cuz Amber, it seems like there's serious danger in using that comb so be careful. Besides you don't need or have to risk your crown.
Cuzzin stop! Your hair always comes out pretty. Both sides are defined! Unless you have a microscope to see the difference it looks good. The only thing I would do is detangle first then add gel.
lol yeah I can get my hair pretty smooth, so when it was already frizzy when it was wet I knew it would dry frizzy. Definitely give it a try! It's cheap!
I’ve been seeing videos on IG using this comb for Wash n Go’s the last week and the results looked great. But, with my hair’s thickness I feel like for it to work I’d have to use SUPER small sections, which would take longer. I like the smoothed side better, you can tell the difference, but honestly the curls popped on both sides!
Both sides are cute..when I first saw this comb online, all my mental could picture was me stacking 3 rat tail combs on top of each other and trying to run it thru my hair....but what you just did was show us ways to use it.. What if im going out and want 4 old day hair..i can get it..if i know i aint doing shit else to my hair until Friday...i know how to do it..imma check out that "Theerio Comb" 😂😂😂

I have the smaller brown three row comb but don’t consistently use it. When used in the last it caused my hair to look more jerry curl-ish. May have to revisit with this comb.
I need help ...I love the way wash & go's look on my hair but I don't do them anymore because I get really bad knotting after a day so now I only wear it stretched. Your hair seems to be thriving & it's the same as mine . How do you deal with the knots ? Idk what I'm doing wrong. ❤😭❤
KiannaOshun your hair knots up because its dry. Either your gel is super drying or you need a different moisturizer. However I think no matter what hair type you have 100% refined olive oil will keep your hair moisturized. Not from the beauty supply store but from the super market.
@@brittneyc5779 nooooo that's not it ...I use Shea moisture JBO leave in & mane choice 3in1 leave in , aloe juice, and organic olive oil ...my hair is never dry I take VERY good care of my hair ...in my opinion I think the wash & gos are just not for me ...id just rather not have all the single strand knots...that's really the only issue ......my hair strands curl around one another really easily so it's just the perfect condition for the knots
KiannaOshun If it's not a moisture issue, I find the gel really does matter. Not because of it's moisture since I use super moisturizing leave ins, but because of hold. A hard hold gel prevents knots for me because my strands can't separate from each other and tangle on themselves. Also, if my hair is too moisturized, I get more tangling because of the softness (strands separate easily). I want my hair super soft after deep conditioning, but not after my hair dries with gel. A lot of people don't like the crunch, but it really works wonders in preserving the health of my hair.
After watching about 3 or 4 videos about this damn comb, I have come to my conclusion. It meant for a better comb out when you are flat ironing your hair. That's it. Not meant for anything else.
I liked your video but I dont like that comb lol. My hair is 3b at the top 4b in the middle 4a in the back so most of the time I watch youtube videos for fun. I cant get away with wash and go's and I looked at the teeth of this comb and knew this come was a no-no lol. I only bought this comb because it was the only rat tail comb they had left at the store I went to. Im glad it work for you!
I have low porosity hair so product already sits on top, If I spray more water on top of the gel it causes it to separate from the strands and slide off with the comb. Thanks for your suggestion, though! I definitely thought of that before ❤️
