I love 💕 this challenge. Since you have white still … a polar bear and a white snow owl or an arctic fox - would be awesome. 👏🏻 bravo on the amazing items and love the advent idea. ❤ the snail may be my favorite 🤩 but honestly I love them all
You know what? Two weeks ago I watched you video and I somehow fell asleep on your intro and couldn‘t remember any of it😅🤦🏼♀️ Today I realized, that I am not following your accound, but I do now. (Shame on me!) And now I am very surprised, that you show all your little Amigurumi you put up on Instagram recently. I am still in love and I really need this 24-Pattern-Bundle as my christmas calendar!!!!😍 And I am trying to do as many as possible with cotton yarn(I prefer Chenille yarn). I have got sooooo much Cotton Yarn from Hobbii at home. How can you be that creative?😍 I can‘t wait for the day you sell this bundle! I am so excited!!! Hopefully this day comes soon!😅🥳
Hi, Chloe (also from IG, lol)! It’s so GREAT to see you on YT again! ALL OF THE MINIS ARE ADORABLE!!!! I love them all!! Brilliant! Poor sleeping hubby; that was funny 😂 Well done, young lady! Cheers!!! ☺️🫶🏻🧶 Lisa from Ohio
This challenge was such a great idea ! I loved to see you come up with so many ideas and its so cool to find ways to usebup the little ball of yarns, im always anxious to not have enough when i start a pattern with these !! The advent calendar is a very cool idea, cant wait to get it ! And you have a lot of wintery item, like the tree and mountaine with snow, maybe the last one could be a little Christmas wreath?
Thank you 😊. I also have that issue 😅 and I don't want to waste any yarn too, so I'm really glad I did this challenge. Will hopefully have the pattern pack written up soon 😄. And a baby christmas wreath is a great idea 😄
I have been crocheting for years but I’m still not able to pick up that kind of speed without feeling ruched and experiencing tension in my shoulders. So good on you. I hope that I could reach that level one day. 😅🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Hi Chloe, thank you for all your wonderful videos and for showing and sharing behind the scenes of running your business, your such an inspiration and I love how organised you are with everything you do. My grandmother taught me to crochet when I was five (I’m now sixty) and when I was little I used to crochet all my dolls clothes, no pattern just making it up as I went. I’ve just recently picked up my hook again after all these years and have crocheted a few little amigurumi I would like to sell at my local market. They said I needed to be insured for 20Million dollars (public liability) to apply for a stall! It’s just a very small local outdoor market, a mix of fruit and veg, food venders and some handmade stuff, you know the type. I was a bit shocked by this amount as last time I enquired pre pandemic it was 10 Million and even that seemed excessive. I was wondering if you could do a video on this, what insurance cover is needed for markets, what is a typical amount market hosts request and the different companies that insure market vendors etc. please or something along those lines. Also I have been embroidering the eyes (instead of using safety eyes) because I’m not sure if in Australia we fall under toy safety regulations and have to submit our amigurumi for approval like they need to in the UK? (I heard in the UK they have to submit one of every new amigurumi style they make and also set fire to it for safety testing 😮) If so I thought the eyes might be an issue. Do you know if amigurumi/plushie sellers have to follow any particular toy safety regulations in Australia?
Ohh that is a very good question. So I do have PLI insurance that covers $10mil for when I do markets. For items that I have small pieces, I do add a disclaimer to those items and state that there are small items and should be handled with Care and children under 3 should be supervised. I have heard from others that the UK is extremely strict, but in Australia, I can't say for sure..I do try to sell Handmade toys with sewn on eyes instead of safety eyes just to be safe and I am honest with my buyers when I ask them if it's a gift for a child that they need to be cautious. I hope that answers your question..it's definitely one of those issues that is a little blurry...I know setting up a proper pty Ltd business rather than a sole trader business will also protect you more in terms of liabilities...but if you're just a hobbyist then it's not worth setting up a pty Ltd business..i want to look into this further myself, so when I have more clarity I will definitely share that here 😊
