These 2 weeks of IB was a legit clusterfuck of seeing opponents with poor connection, shitty hit register, 10x losing streaks and finally - lobbies full of sweaty 3 stacks stomping randoms

First week was fun, the second one with the crests sucks.

I hope Bungie got their delicious data from this so we can move on from trying to make Tribute work.

I feel people barely enjoy iron banner for 1 week, idk what made them think that 2 weeks was smart. They claimed it was because of poor matchmaking from having 2 game modes at the same time because people wouldn't play one of the two game modes causing that game mode to have bad matchmaking. But it just made matchmaking worse the second week because people would have to play the game mode they dont enjoy for an entire week.

it's not players with poor connection , its poor server connection. god damn peer to peer in 2024. i have 10 gb dl and upload with 3--5 ms latency . and people still complain about my connection. this happends when you connect players from very far distances.

I hate how you cant see your kills in these scoreboards in iron banner, with the fucking crests everyone flies around like a monkey with a shotgun, and even for zone control you cant see your damn kills but you're last because you didn't capture enough flags... fucking bullshit

The first week was alright, I would almost say that it was enjoyable. the second sucked so fucking bad, tribute is legitimately among the worst crucible modes ever alongside fortress and zone trials

ill b honest.. didnt watch the vid just saw the subtitle on it and came in to add to the banter. It might not have been so bad had they not changed the game modes for the second week of it... had they kept it the same gamemode of control ppl wouldnt be as irritated. This weeks game mode sucks.. We just wanna hone our skills against eachother.. we dont wanna have to deposit over here and there or get there and have it despawn and move somewhere else on the battle field.. thats just dumb. its not a matter of "oh well just git guud bro". its annoying as all hell to be honest.. most of my matches are blowouts one way or the other cuz either everyone remembers to deposit or NOBODY does lol.
