First I want to say you are beautiful inside and out. I'm just so scared to get the surgery because I think it will be a scary experience for me. I know the answer will probably be long but I love to learn about what it's like to be trans. My sister was born a male and is on the waiting list for SRS and I want to educate myself in order to support her through this journey to the best of my abilities. I've asked her along with some other friends but it helps to hear another explanation. You spoke a lot about the importance of dilation and sensation as well as depth, how is the vaginal canal created, does it stop at some point in the way that a cis woman has a uterus and that's where her vagina (for lack of a better word) stops? Why doesn't it heal similar to the way an ear piercing heals with skin, rather than a mucus membrane? I understand that's probably not the best example since piercings are superficial and much less invasive/traumatic. I hope that made sense and thanks to all in advance for any answers. It takes guts to put something so personal out into the internet in confidence, I can't tell you how much videos such as this have helped me to understand how this feels and what my sister is dealing with. ❤

Why don't they remove the prostate? There would have to be some medical reason. Is it for lubrication? If there weren't a reason to keep it then it would logically be removed.

I had a question regarding my post op girlfriend. Is it common for trans women on hormones to have multiple mood swings in a week!? She's very rational and genuine, u just have a little difficulty dealing with her uos and downs, primarily regarding self worth. Got any ideas or advice? Is this a conquerable situation???

My vagina is very clockable. They could easily tell I had a sex change. My scars are big n visible on my vagina and ugly. At least my vulva lips look good. I scar pretty bad from surgery than majority of people. Almost everyone's scar blends in ok. Mines are always raised n ugly hypertrophic.
