It's been a little over 2 years since I had my 2nd Rotator Cuff Surgery on my dominant (right) arm. I remember watching videos of other people who had had shoulder surgery as they recovered but after about a year I never heard how they were doing. I still get a sore shoulder if I've slept wrong or done too much, although I'm SO much better than when I was just a year post-op.

Shoulder surgery is hard...very hard...it's one of the most difficult surgeries one can have. I did it twice, and on my dominant arm which was extra tough.
