It was more like negative - eccentric rep, no hold. From that point it took me 2 months to hold my first straddle planche :D

To be honest i still See myself small, not shredded enough(aka low bodyfat percentage) and not strong enough... Still doing my best to get next goals! But thank you!

Yes that's picture before it all started, at that time i was training volleyball and badminton and just attending to PE lessons i just always gave my heart to whatever i did.

hey, respect, that looks mega I want to be able to do exactly the same thing, I started 2 weeks ago, I had been in the fitness studio for 2 years before, I even do extremely hard doing headstands, someone has to help me to get my legs up, how exactly did you start with them Basics? what happened after the basics, what is the easiest skill to learn afterwards? best regard

Thanks my friend, I am very happy that you enjoyed it :D I actually did, i am capable of long jumps, high vertical jumps, pistol squads, my hip and overall lower body mobility is pretty good, been doing flips aswell. Also i have been playing volleyball and badminton for couple years straight. Right now physique is not my main goal, i am mainly focusing on calisthenics strenght skills but for sure in short Time i will start to train prioritize my silluete, looks in overall then for sure i will focus on legs hyperthophy much more.

Planche and other static element training is good for massive shoulders, back, triceps.Its really hard to learn. And your body in the end of video amazing💪,sory for bad english. Thanks for motivation

Stick to the basics, get decent strenght in pullups, dips and pushups, don't forget about strong core. Then start learning elements from the easiest in order : muscle up - back lever - dragon flag/ human flag - handstand, after that start working towards harder stuff like planche and frontlever. Ok. Another question if you don't mind ... Did you try to repalce the karb with another thing? .. I mean what is the substantial for carbs? .. i live in egypt and here we depend a lot on carbs especially the bread and i wont to lose weight so i want to find another thing instead of carbs cause i ate them a lot and can't lose weight because of eating so much from bread and rice ... Thanks .

No, i didn't try to replace carbs because carbohydrates give you energy, you need them to use your full potential. Brother just start training, eventually you will do recomposition. You can always make your life more active, to get your metabolism higher. You can also consider cutting some kcal down but tbh if i were on your place i would just train my best, eat healthy with carbs, protein, fats and vegetables.

@@simonrep9169 How tall are you? I calculated that you are 176 pounds (I'm in the US). I'm 5'9" and weigh 155 pounds with a 28 inch waist. I'm 18 year old and just graduated high school. I did gymnastics for 12 years. I want to add 20-25 pounds of muscle mass. I've been obsessed since a young kid in gymnastics with abdominals and have worked them hard all my life. I'm an expert on abs so when I compliment you it is a great compliment. I've a smaller guy but packed with muscle. I hope to move into weight training especially on legs to build the size to match my upper body. Thanks.

180cm in ft is 5.9055ft, right now i am 20. For sure you will reach your goal my friend, actually my physique is just side effect of strenght elements and supplementary exercises.

20kg in 2 years is natural NOT possible. u can bild 3kg of muscle each year. Ur cells can not grow faster. But with PEDS of course. So there is ur answer.

Hello my friend, glad you enjoyed my video. If you want to do the same skills i did just train for them in progressive way. At first get basic strenght in calisthenics fundamental exercices and then start with easy skills like hs to wall, muscle up, back lever etc etc.

I was eating just enough to feel satisfied. But surely i had caloric surplus without it i wouldn't grow. :D If it comes to exercices as you can see in video, only bodyweight exercices it is Way more appealing to me not only you build muscle but also you can do what you want with your body. :D

Maybe someday xD Trust me it's not very strict, all you need is caloric surplus and eating stuff with lots of protein. Get rid of not healthy products, and eat a cheatmeal instead(something you really like) once a week. Change liquid calories like Coca-Cola or similar stuff for water and you will be great ;)

Around 1 year to that, and after getting basic strenght with fullbody workouts i just started training for skills and after each skills session i ended up with basic hyperthrophy exercices to failure, dips, pushups, pullups. And i was training abs almost everyday for Around 15mins at the beggining or end of a day.

I started about 2 to 3 weeks ago already seeing improvement but I’ve been doing some of the other people’s moves in videos, and they are not nessecery for me right now, I need to focus on strength I’m just gonna do push ups pull ups and dips, and make small goals and once I get those small goals I focus onto the muscle up

if you're a beginner the main exercise you want to focus on to build muscle is dips pull-ups chin-ups push-ups squats and v ups (for abs)

Pollita Singh oh sorry mate this was 2 months ago when I said that, hahaha it’s changed a lot now, I did do that for about a month but now it’s completely different I’m doing calisthenics bro-splits, and work every muscle twice a week except for legs but legs kill me on Saturday and there already growing.

It depends on each body. Usually it was like 3 to 5 workouts per week with almost everyday abs workout. So if for example my back was sore i simply focused more on abs, chest, and mobility with stretching.
