This is the difference between service of Tata and MG. Even though Tata is a homegrown brand still they need to improve a lot on their service quality.

Trust me , When i had Hectors first service the guy observed a small piece of sponge in which the sun blind is attached was misplaced, he fixed that too ! I mean this is another level of after sales service experience. Turned me into a Mg fan boy🥰

I also experienced same thing bcz of unplanned trip, I was also stuck on highway bcz of charging was left 0%, I called MG RSA & they arrenged me an Innova within 1 hour, they dropped me to my destination & also they towed the car to the same place, I was really surprised by the service MG offered, I really thanked them

Happy to see Rachit bringing us more owner based reviews which started to give me some confidence in EV segment.But my question remains same, plz do a follow up or video review of owner from 2nd tier or village area ( if they exist) because most of the reviews are based around Maharashtra (Mumbai Pune etc.) Which is in general a developed state. Anyways thanks for the video, hope to see raw reviews from smaller cities villages as well specially outside Maharashtra.

Rachit , any idea when MG is bringing 500km range car , even if we get a practical range of 400km that will make it a good long drive car. From Bangalore I can reach almost of all parts of South India with one additional charge on the way.

Cost per km depends on how many times u charge the vehicle permonth. At the beginning of the month after your electricity bill generation.. units start counting... Here in India for upto 50 units there is one price for ex: rs7 per unit... 50-100 rs 10 per unit.... 100-150 rs 14 per unit... Here if we take for ex: let's say he drives 2000km per month. 2000/300= 7 times charging per month... For 1 time charging he says it takes 7rs per unit and 300 rs per charging means around 45 units per charging... So 45 units of current in thestart of your electricity bill cycle costs you 300rs... Next charge Above 50 units costs you 450rs and this goes up and up till the end of the month and the cost for full charge rises up considerably.. at the end of your electricity bill cycle... I don't know how he says it costs him 1-1.5rs per km... Can he also reveal the electocotyr bill he used to get before buying zs ev and now? That should definitely show how much the zs ev costs per km...

It would have been great to show in this video how the car is connected to charger at home....i am more concerned about how the arrangements are done to set-up the charging point at home ...

I am very happy with this car. No problem at all for daily use. I would recommend it to any person wanting an electric SUV at an affordable price. Currently the best EV in the segment with good range which matters most.

He paid approx 10 lacs extra to buy this car as compared to buying any sedan or SUV which generally comes within the range of 12 - 15 lacs. As per the subject - He has saved 1 lakh in an year wherein he is driving religiously at an average of 1650 km/ month. And i hope that he continues to drive this car at an average of 20,000 km/ year. Which mean - He will reach 1 lakh km in 5 years. Now the questions...(1) Will you drive for 1650 a month ? (2) Are you ready to pay 8 - 10 lacs higher for a car of this segment ? (3) The recovery of your extra payment would happen in approx 7 - 10 years. Are you ready for that ? (4) The battery life is approx 3 - 4 years (Even if its of excellent quality) which would ask for another investment after sometime. Are you ready for it ? (5) Its a known fact that the batteries are heavy and it will make the vehicle heavier... Fyi - It is 500 kgs MORE than a regular Honda City. Fortuner is Approx 2000 kgs and this car(mg zs ev) is 1518 kgs. This clearly means that it would eatup the shockers and wheels will wear-off faster :-) . REST IS YOUR CHOICE. GOOD LUCK. It was a good review though.

The most important point is planning run.. if you run your car as per plan.. you will not face any difficulty

Though i have one doubt i have watched couple of videos for few technical problems occuring in electric vehicles mainly in nexon ev. It would be great if in next owners review you could focus on those issues related queries.

Agar Rs 2 per km pad raha he to mat lo isse accha cng he aage jake usme battery ka bhi cost bahut jyada ayega isse badiya cng lelo 50rs me 25 per kg ka mileage milta he aur maintainence bhi kam isko lena nahi chahiye tha resale ne bahut dikkat kare 5 saal baad

Hello, You mentioned that you drove to Pune. How was the EV performance during climbing at Khandala and Lonavala? Did you face any issues? Were you able to reach Pune on a full charge? Also, in the video you mentioned that you can use a portable charger at any garage. What power outlet source is required for the same?

u calc 1000 n 1100... fully charged from hm was lesser... thn destination charging 400 for ext. fast charge thn back hm again normal home charge cost... means technically 2 charges 400 at deatination n 1 at home... home charging is cheaper then external fast charger... 1 rs vs 5 rs... i think... hence please update calc for that trip of 430-450 kms.

Charger bhai ko Tata Ke use krne hote hain Bhai Nexon Le lete Indian brand hai and 220 approx range mil jaati lekin nexon hector se kaafi sasti hai i guess

Agar TATA ka call centre hota to waha se gaaliya dete aur bolte k bus pakdo aur nikal jao... 🤣🤣

MG's service seems great ... almost unbeatable by other ev companies in india till now 2. Car range - best part of video was that owner actually told range with AC on - which nobody talks about . Negatives 1. Not affordable - '22 lakhs' ... even with subsidy is not affordable for normal public 2. Chinese company - everyone might not agree with this but India's ties with china aren't that great and not really sure if that will affect this cars existence in India.

The Celerio cng goes 240 kms in 380 - 400 rs which is quite commendable.

Great video!! And the owner covered all the aspects. Kudos to him. One general suggestion to highlight issues which people living in apartments are facing with respect to installation of personal chargers in parking. As of now RWA/societies are reluctant and awareness is required there as well.

Currently, the ZS EV is on sale with a 44.5 kWh battery pack and offers a claimed range of 415 km . Then Why this owner gets so less range . people blame nexon ev for 200 -250 range .

Still, there is this issue that people buy thinking that they have only city and low running but then they go out on the highway on intercity roads and face anxiety for a vehicle which is worth 20+lack. there are mini SUV worth 15lack which in long run nullify the electricity and fuel price diff, at Atleast for the next 5-7 years.

Hi Mr Rachit, The way u interviewed the owner Mr Swapnil was excellent from the buyer's point of view . i heard l so many people opinions on this Ev vehicle , but not all are the real owners of EV vehicle. The myth i was having till i so the video was cleared. i have a doubt ,if we over charge the battery or partially discharged battery frequently does it harm the life of the battery .

Childish new alleged patriotic blind EV enthusiast wanting 'kam me bam' - Nexon EV. Legends - MG ZS EV. Results Nexon EV - battery malfunction, steering lock, below 150 range, dead car on road, mind numbing problems. MG ZS EV - Peace of mind with 340+ mileage.

I have a question. In this car there is P (parking ) on the “gear knob” which prevent car to move. And then there is electric hand brake button with P written on. Why two Ps. When to use which??
