The slow part of this is a) gathering the ingredients and b) figuring out the configurations.
To accommodate a) I recomnend scabbing barrels and waters of Riften. Salt and fish, man. Then yellow flowers up at is it Elderglenn? Wait... No. Ancestor Glade. Blue Butterfly and Snowberries - you need to get em when ya see em.

The configs b) side of this took me ages. And it seems (based on what Ive read on Googs and Reddit) that it can be contingent, conditional and... quirky.
I aim for potions and enchants in the 10,000s range. Presently. Obviously, I killed the Ebony Warrior with kit in the millions. Ehhhrrr don't feel bad bc he wupped the living f*** outta me in my previous save.
