we should focus on procedure of punishment more than discuss on procedures of law. our most of population dose not understand what's has laws. better should be every stage like we promote entertainment , songs, ads its non stops. everyone knows there was some law where if someone convicted in rape or molestation then punishment should be imprisonment or hang but it takes long procedure court case running around 10 to 12 years . that's was main root cause because we don't discuss about punishment, we don't promote ads like vulgar songs or objectify entertainment.

Why do'nt we blame thinking of that person who create a scenario that if he sees only women in certain role it is specific to women only. Why do we blame the sdvertisers.
