20 Beauty Hacks Everyone Should Know 

Hey everyone! Because a big amount of my comments on this video are ones negative about my kitten's name, I thought I'd write a little comment to clear things up. So please read this before you go to write how offended you are about my name choice. I didn't name my cat after SATAN or THE DEVIL, please relax. To the hate - if any of you had a slightly good childhood you would've probably seen Cinderella. The cat in that is called Lucifer and that is what I named my cat after. I know some of you may be religious but personally I am not. I do not believe in the Devil so I definitely do not worship him. It makes me sad to read comments saying you're not going to watch my videos anymore because of what I named my kitten. It's quite petty actually. Regardless, I respect your opinions, there is just no need to be rude about it. The last point I will make is that the translation of the name Lucifer is "bringing light". Lucifer was God's favourite angel. He became 'Satan' afterwards. This does NOT mean that Lucifer and Satan are the same name, that's all I have to say. To the rest, thank you for the support! -Roxi

well....I have been using the bobby pins wrong my entire life, no wonder it wont stick on my hair lol any other ladies having the same problem?

Am I the only 1 that's always worn bobby pins the right way? I seriously thought everybody knew this...

I have very dark hair, and talcum powder makes my roots look blonde, so I use cocoa powder mixed with talcum powder. works very well, but it makes my hair smell like chocolate when it's wet.

Also for the dry mascara one. If u sit ur dry mascara in boiling hot water for 5-10 mins, it makes it good as new. I did it and it worked like a dream!! Try it!!

Another hack for drying out mascara is to put the tube into a glass of hot water for a few minutes. This melts the mascara back down and refreshes it.

Talcum powder as dry shampoo is a very good idea indeed. I've been using that instead of dry shampoo.If you like the colour of your powder blush just apply any clear lip balm I'm your lips and your favourite blush. It creates such a lovely colour!

These are some really good tips! Unlike most beauty hack videos that just keep repeating stuff we've known ever since we were 13... I've been using the 9th tip of blotting your face with tissues for years now and I have found that if you peel the tissue apart into two thinner layers it works even better!

Love the tips in your video! More than anything though, I appreciate that you get right to the point and keep the information flowing. Anymore, I click out of the vids that take forever to get the ball rolling. P.S. love the kitty!

Another little hack for eyeliner, you can use a spoon to make the top curve and that will make it even nicer with the tape hack. (:

I use coconut oil for my eyelashes too! Loved that you added that in!

You can also use Vaseline on your eyelashes to help them grow

Excellent video! The masking tape & eyeliner trick has been an eye-opener; I was amazed at how quick and easy one of the hardest to beauty tricks became with a couple of strips of tape.

while in hairstyling class in college, our teachers denied to us and explained that they can't figure who came up with the idea that flipping the Bobby pin grips better. what does work though, is locking the pin (crossing 2 in the shape of an X). you can make a ponytail with just locking 4-5 pins, no bands necessary to rip out your hair while pulling them out

I don't recommend reviving mascara. Once it's drying up, just toss it out. Adding foreign moisture to it is just going to turn it into an even bigger breeding ground for bacteria than it already is. Please don't do this.

For the cats eyes with the tape, use painters tape, it ill be less harsh on your skin/hairs. Trick to painters tape is that you need to stick the tape to another surface first to kinda lint it, making it less sticky (we do this to not rip the paper underneath when you use it for art). Hope this helps :)

Lucifer is absolutely adorable. Here in Scandinavia we don't have that name as a reference for anything as we've "modified" our Christian names in our own language. Just as English speakers have in theirs. The original names in Hebrew and Aramaic are very different. Anyways - I love the type of tips which should be somewhat easy to adopt and work.
