Sun rooms are terrible for efficiency. Please make sure they can be closed off from your main house. Also go high end on the windows; double or triple pane low E glass. Also you need heavy curtains or blinds to block all that sun from entering the main portion of your home. These rooms are going to be hot in the summer and cold in the winter!
