as we age our body's chemistry changes. i'm 72 and i've noticed when i hug someone i still hear "ummm you smell good" and that's always preferrable to "geeez when was the last time you hit the showers?" i think we should all be aware of our own personal aroma and look.

People are nasty regardless of them being famous or not.

Depression and other mental issues most likely contribute to this.

Well each person has a choice of hygiene. I'm gonna stick with warm water. Wash clothes. Soap. Deodorant. Lotion. Facial care. Toilet paper. Mouth wash. Toothbrush and tooth paste and feel the joy of their use. 😊

I’m Black and I bath Everyday and sometimes twice a day, depending on what I’ve done that day. But I never go to Bed without bathing.

Im from hawaii and hygiene is like a big thing here. We dont shame other people but we shower every day sometimes twice a day. We dont use outside slippers in the house so we dont bring outside inside and we shower before we jump into bed. Like we only do it cause logically it makes sense think about it and just be clean its healthy 😌

Depending where you live affects how often you need to bathe. Humid hot climate - MUST bathe more than hot dry desert climate.

I shower before I go to the gym and shower again when I return home. I could never be with someone who isn’t squeaky clean. I’d gag.

It will depend upon each individual how to be hygienic. But as for me being Asian Filipino we used to take a bath twice a day. Make sure we took a bath before going to work and before we go to bed we took a shower bath. It's part of our upbringing being hygienic and conscious in our appearance and smell. 💪🇵🇭

As a filipino we are thought from a very young age to be clean everyday.. Before going to school everyday from elementary up to college we take bath and after school before going to be bed we take a quick bath again and this goes everyday of our lives.. but some of us lacks also in proper hygiene.. Because we have a saying here that it is better to be ugly and dark skin but fresh and smells good everyday rather beautiful and fair skin but smells from head to toe..

That's why u don't idolize ppl. They're sometimes a lot worse than the ppl who see them as special humans. Not bathing is just nasty. There's no reasonable excuse for not bathing daily.

All of this talk of using baby wipes instead of showering to conserve water and/or help save the planet doesn't quite make sense. Baby wipes, for that matter ANY kind of wipes, even the ones touted as being biodegradeable take a LONG time to break down! Chemicals in deodorants or soap- go organic and eco friendly. I'm calling bull****! All there excuses- why not just admit to sometimes being lazy and leave it at that? Or maybe NOT talk about their personal habits? Here in Brazil 🇧🇷 we shower before bed, before going to work or college, in hot cities we take two or three showers per day. Most of us brush our teeth after breakfast, lunch, dinner, and before bed. And the Rexona Clinical in my case is mandatory.

I get that showering with baby wipes is more than gross, but washing your hair every day is terrible for your hair. Especially if you have curly hair. Nothing wrong with allowing the natural oils in your hair to stick around for a few days. I used to wash my hair, put product in it, dry it, straighten it….every day. It murdered my hair. I don’t wash my hair everyday. Maybe every 5th day because it’s extremely dry. I don’t find that gross.

She was Probably avoiding antiperspirants w/aluminum, and many women do the same - also avoiding hair dye, nail polish, certain cleaning products, even other makeup and body products. I see nothing wrong with that.

I was dating a guy who owned a company based in LA. He took me to many restaurants and cafes (he has expensive taste). I saw many celebrities. Some movie star and series drama star (main character) sat at a table beside us often. I didn’t care who they were. Just wanted to date the guy and get to know him. I don’t get those people who put these movie stars on a pedestal. I’m not in show biz I don’t care that they’re movie stars they’re just people.

Kinda stupid of them to admit their lousy hygiene, but they must not care what we think.

A lot of these people have luxury bathrooms, not for hygiene, but for show, because they can afford to.

In highschool we had a foreign exchange student from Belgium. She was absolutely gorgeous, but didn't bathe regularly. I found out that many people in Europe didn't bathe daily. It didn't make me think of them as nasty, but made me curious about the different norms in other cultures.

Just think if celebrities believe in natural aroma and fear chemicals in deodorant then why do they still wear makeup, colognes, perfumes, lotions etc. Please know that there are natural deodorants, antiperspirant and alternate things they can do in order to maintain a healthy hygiene without having an unpleasant aroma or odor. I just believe the level of fame has for some reason touched their minds where they dont believe in hygiene, perhaps fans will not complain or be happy or honored to breath the smells. I don't think that before famous that they failed to shower, brush their teeth, have clean clothes and good hygiene. I believe when they were auditioning the role that made them famous they made sure they came freash & clean to the screen test and did not have any complaints. I believe that this all changed when they became famous...

Sorry for them but when one shit they have to take a shower no wipes can do the job like water and soap.

Just take shorter showers. Get in rinse off. Turn the shower off. Soap yourself down, rinse the soap off.and repeat. Save time & water 💧. There is no excuse not to shower. And please 🙏 use deodorant. less showers is neither bad nor good actually dermatologists do advise less showers and hair shampooing specially for dry scalp and dry skinned ones ! Even if you have to swim on daily basis it’s advisable to bathe and shampoo your hair but once a week !

It doesn't make difference, some people take shower three times a day and still have bad odor.

Coconuts oil mixed with baking soda will do the job just as well as the best of deodorant. And it's very Safe so no excuses you celebs! I love being clean, it's one of my Simple Pleasures, along with a good cup of coffee, and comfortable pajamas.

Just curious about the environmental advantage between the usage of disposable baby wipes over a bit of soap and water. You can buy natural soaps, like bars of oatmeal soap that dissolve and are good for your skin! There is no excuse for not bathing properly, just people who are lazy and use the environment as their excuse.

The body's natural scents are NEVER pleasant. And if they have health and environmental concerns they should be using natural alternatives.

In some states, there are severe water shortages especially in some desert states. Natural organic deodorants are not harmful and can help. Also baby wipes with some antibacterial disinfectant help greatly to reduce bacteria. Showering a few times a week is healthy.

But these are some of the individuals who jumped on the jab, mask, social distance train BUT their hygiene could probably grow some type of fungus!! 🙄

I take a shower twice s day,esp in the summer,ehen im sick,i use bath wipes.I usr dial soap and vaginia shower gel and tussy deodorant..

Keep in mind.....All these people live California where sever water conservation is an always..... so an everyother day shower isn't unusal... I have family in Cali and when you have to save buckets of water saved to flush your toilet. And as far as air I work with people who don't wash thier hair for a week or more.
