My grandson’s are teenagers & this year I’ve decided to start a bin for each of the 2 boy’s, with things I make. I’m even crocheting baby sweaters, bonnets, booties, maybe a christening gown for each along with a baby afghans & receiving blankets. I think homemade ornaments will also go in there, along with a notebook of funny, cute things they’ve said or done over the years, as they pop up in my Facebook memories, complete with pictures I’ve taken of them. I’ll probably end up making much more for them, but I thought it would be a way for them to share grandma’s homemade items with their children if I’m no longer here. I do plan on making copies of their great grandparents & maybe gg’s if I can.

Kelly you really came up with so many adorable ornaments. I love them all and especially the Santa and snowman with the TTB I have so many boxes like 6 and I bought the larger ones from 5 below. I really liked the Mrs. Claus' apron as I had never seen that done before. I have used tiny squares of gold or silver card to make belt buckles with a square of the grosgrain ribbon I was using in the center for a belt (on a Santa ornament). When I made bigger buckles, I used a square punch with fancy edges or cut the edges with my scrapbooking scissors.

Thanks, it is that time of year again - the holidays Prayers for Ray and the family. My grandson had to spend a couple of days in the hospital for complications with strep throat, he is back home now.
