Gino's was revived in 2010 and opened several restaurants in Maryland and Pennsylvania. All but two of the restaurants closed, but Gino's still hangs on in Glen Burnie and Towson, Maryland.
i think what you mean to say,but are not going to say......is the cooperate take over of "MA and Pa " owned business otherwise, we the people would still see these places.😮 YA...... I said it...😂 Corporate take over. I see it everyday in small towns
I remember the television commercials of all of these diners but only a few of them actually were here in my state of Oklahoma however but still Thanks for the Memories.🏪🍔☕🥩🍗🍞🏪
In the St Louis area Courtesy Diner was the go to place in the wee hours after a night of revelry. I used to stop at one on my way to work back in the 60s. I think there's still a couple of them left. Those were better, simpler times.
Howard Johnsons was our regular monthly stop in Lancaster California were grandma lived. It was nothing special. Sambos was my favorite as a child. Pup n Taco told us all what was in the tacos = dog meat !.... Georges is now my favorite to get Fentinyl 16:03
Most of these places were great , but because of west coast morons and corporate greed they are no longer. So goes the fate of McDonald's I feel won't be far behind.
