This helped educate me so much! I really believed the "Ayurvedic" oils were good for me! I appreciate your thorough explanations. I do not live in India but I use Indian products from the Indian markets and so I am glad to know more truths about their products. Can you please do a video exploring the shampoo powders? I used to use them but stopped because I heard they were filled with toxic chemicals. What do you recommend? So the more we learn, the more we see pure coconut oil, castor oil and essential oils really are the best option for all of us instead of all these well- marketed chemicals that hurt us.

Parachute is 100 percent coconut oil and it is sold in india as oil for cooking. Parachute even faced a lawsuit from government. Government wanted to take parachute in the category of beauty/hair products.

It's 100% natural but is made from inferior quality of coconut as compared to Virgin cold pressed coconut oil. Also it is treated to higher temperatures than cold pressed oils.

I checked ingredient list is not mentioned in parachute oil bottle. It is saying 100% pure edible oil made from finest coconuts. I can't confirm because ingredients list is not mentioned

I know it is difficult to include all the hair oils available in the video, however I am using BRAHMI AMLA hair oil to apply to my hair since last 30 years and at the age I have good and all black hair at the age of 50. My father was complete bald at the age of 30, so I reversed the hereditary impact too. Another thing, I use any soap or shampoo for only one day in a week and use Brahmi Amla hair oil daily after taking bath.

I'm Ayurveda student (BAMS 2nd year) i just share something you want,help just a Little and yes if you have eye problem then you must ... Never suppress you urges of Urine and stool specially early morning. Do Padabhyang(massage of foot with ghee) at bed time. wash your eyes with water in your mouth then spit it. Use practicing Trātak(staring at candle light or diva). Lick Triphla with honey at bed time(2-3gm). Use Anjan(collyrium) of Dāruharidra(Berberis aristata). Don't eat food which cause constipation. you can Add 2 spoon chyawanprash in early morning and doesn't eat anything after that for at least an hour. Consume coconut, Spinach, carrots among those coriander is best,try to have juice of Karela and Alovera. Do "Nasya" add 2 drops of cow's ghee in nostrils before bed. If you follow all these regimen along with healthy diet and lifestyle I'm sure you get all the result you want. Thanks....
