My older brother sexually assaulted me. Happened daily for about two years when I was in elementary. Didn’t tell my mom until I was having flashbacks/ memories as an adult.
Lord these people r evil and when parents don't do anything about that it saddens. Please report them monsters it s never too late to stop them for hurting children
I see a 20 year old young woman who is trying to figure out life and who is still holding to the pain and trauma that happened to her when she was a little girl.
Yeah, the well that’s what most people do. They’re not able to deal with it when they were a child. they really don’t even understand what’s going on as a child
The young lady should return to school and get a business education degree and a job working in an upscale restaurant working under someone’s tutelage. I wish her the best. Hopefully she will learn to listen.
It’s okay to cry 💜. It makes ya feel better releasing those hidden/buried emotions. Such a beautiful soul. Even those who hurt her, she still thinks about the hurt that they might’ve gone through to become so hurtful. God bless this cutie and best of luck with your food business💯
She’s extremely guarded. Probably has difficulty working with male authority figures. She just wants to be in control. Her family failed her. Brothers should be in jail. She can forgive them all day but they are still predators. Father is culpable as well. These secrets are destroying our community. Wish her all the best but this is sad.
I completely agree about these young adults. Social media has messed them up. They don’t wanna work a 9-5 because they’re lazy. Most don’t understand you have to start from the bottom and you’ll always have to work with and for someone.
You have the choice of working for someone or working for yourself. You can progress to being your own boss. And you dont have to come from a great family or money to do this.
People are alway saying the younger generation is lazy and I completely disagree. The young generation has seen the older generation work themselves to the bone and die with nothing they don’t trust the 9 til 5 system, especially when people are now getting paid for there creative abilities !
Hey look!! All we can do is tell them! In 20yrs, when they come crawling back they’ll get it. I’m only an 80s baby, we didn’t get cellphones or a PC until I was about 15, & that was because my dad was tech savvy. But even me, myself hated the idea of starting from the bottom, but nowhere NEAR as delusion as this kid or these kids 😵💫
Young people don’t like to listen, want immediate gratification and have no patience. He was only giving her advice to assist her to realistically achieve her goals but of course she’s 20 and knows it all. Good luck to her.❤
But why talk down to her in the video? For example, she said she had unrequited love. She pronounced it correctly but was corrected with the wrong pronunciation. Granted, she doesn’t know everything/ she doesn’t know “it all,” but why do we need to talk down to her? She has a lot to learn, yes..... just as we all do. We all have such a long way to go. Peace
This beautiful naive young lady has so much to learn. Some say, "ignorance is blissful," but it also has a way of making some people spin their wheels for a lifetime 😉. I'm thinking it's just a matter of time before she figures out how the real world works. May God continue to bless and watch over her precious soul 😊🙏💜...
And what ends up happening is when she turns 30 people will tell her she has her whole life ahead of her. When she turns 40 people will tell her the exact same thing keeping the delusions alive. The time is NOW, them yrs FLY. @@angelahill3630
How are WE failing her? Did you watch the interview? She is HARDHEADED! She won’t take advice from someone that’s BEEEN there & done that! So now what?
@@childishgambino4845 it’s hard for her to take advice because no one believed her when she was being abused…..the interviewer responded very well with the lack of her accepting his advice. This young ladies response has a lot to do with trust.
@@alphaomega1351 So evolving from chimpanzees is more realistic to you . Respect is key not arrogance or ego . I can see in her eyes what you cannot see
She is selling water bottles outside while it’s hot af because she doesn’t want to work for anyone. This isn’t laziness. She just isn’t thinking straight. It is probably mental illness. You can’t tell me you’re ok with standing and selling $1 water bottles for hours a day, that you’re able bodied, and that you choose to do this so you can avoid working for others. If she sells food and is saving up for a restaurant, she’d get to that goal way faster by getting a job, being on payroll, having direct deposit in per personal bank account, getting an EIN, incorporating her business, getting a business bank account, depositing the money she’s making with her side hustles into her bank account, and using the bank statements from both accounts and paystubs from her job to secure a business loan for her restaurant or food truck. She knows nothing about a business, even with having family members who are in the food industry. She needs to go to school. This is coming from someone who owns multiple businesses. Not tearing down her dreams… just being realistic. The way she is trying to accomplish this goal will take her 20 years.
Water is actually not a bad hustle, purchase it by the pallets and one can do ok. Joe blow collecting cans can enjoy freedoms most clock punching stiffs can only dream of. "She needs to go to school" perhaps! more important she needs to have a plan. I set a plan in motion which freed me to home school my kids; which included roaming the Los Angeles area after educational learning opportunities. Doing for self-freed me to be a hands-on full-time dad. 3 kids, 3 professionals I produced, USC/UCLA became safety schools in my house. I cried when my Chancellor Scholar recipient told Berkley she was considering other options. We educated Europe in the past brothers and sisters, let's not keep cutting ourselves short.
@@JamesMena-ym9vf The water boy hustle is over-saturated in Atlanta. It is not a good hustle. Do your research. That’s why she sat there for over 45 minutes being interviewed, and not one person bought water. Plus, the mayor is working on banning that practice in Atlanta. Look it up. Congrats to you and your children. God bless you and your family.
This young lady has a beautiful spirit...God please bless her with the desires of her heart. Please heal her mind, and keep her safe from all harm and danger. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
it's sad to hear this her dad failed her I think he did believe what she said but he didn't want to hear it because he didn't want to upset he's family set up please stay strong these bad memory will come back but please don't let this hold you down and tell your mother
I totally understand her not wanting to work for anyone. It sucks. The problem is that she needs to be taught how to balance hatred for working for someone and actually doing ot in spite of because it will teach you along the way while making your drive for entrepreneurship even stronger.
Marcus is on point! Knowledge is power and you get knowledge from experience and learning from those who have done it successfully. The most successful people listen with an open mind
Such a cutie that's full of ambition but has the wrong strategy. She's the perfect candidate for the mayor's work program. She definitely needs a surrogate "big sister". I hope she continues getting holistic help including emotional and entreprenuial. I hope someone from Spellman or Big Brothers/ Big Sisters step up. It would truly be a blessing. 🙏 🙏.
She has to go her own path..she will remember this one day, and then tell the next generation the same she's being told now. She is strong enough to go through it all..but her thinking processes have to catch up. That is all..❤
"Instead of Mark u got Marcus"😂😂 hilarious!!! I watch both pages but I'm here everyday for the shenanigans in my city while I'm out here with the other guy🤦🏾♀️🤣🤣 Much success Marcus. If haters ain't talking u ain't doing nothing but u already know that✌🏾❤️
@Marcus - Consider not commenting on how young people prefer to “work”. Gone are the days of young people desiring to work for someone/a company until they are 65. They want to enjoy life and minimize stress. There are lots of “unconventional” streams of income/gigs/hustles that offer an acceptable life for young people. The young lady rightfully called you out for being a “dream killer”… of course that wasn’t your intention, but it has come off that way in a few interviews. Try wishing them well without inflating their dreams. Good video tho’.
People in the comments all enjoying a nice pile-on saying she's lazy. She's standing in the 40c sun all day trying to sell cold water for a few bucks to survive. If that's laziness I'm extremely lazy myself. The whole 'young people nowadays are lazy" schtick is as old as time itself of course. Even if you are a 100 I guarantee you that back in the day the older generation would have been saying the exact same thing about you. What I saw in this video was not a lazy person but a young woman with a lot of unaddressed trauma from her horrendous early childhood that's now bled into her adult life and made her extremely wary of letting other people in too much. I mean she literally enthusiastically describes her childhood as "great", a childhood in which she was being sexually molested from the age of six, with a mother that chose not to see it and a father that "whooped" her for stuttering and blamed her - the 6 year old - when she tried to explain what was going on. That's the part he was even there for before being sent to prison and then letting her down everytime she was waiting for a call. A father she stil adores and defends to this day and a mother she still loves so much she has her name tattooed on her. Now at 20 she's a loner who doesn't want to be in a job with a team of others and a boss in charge of her. It doesn't take a psychology degree to understand how those two things may be connected 🙄. The complete lack of empathy and rush to attack her as just a lazy waste of space is really disgusting to me. I grew up in a middle class two parent home where I always felt secure and protected. And I know that's had an absolutely MASSIVE impact on the personal and finance success I'm now enjoying in adulthood. But I don't for one second put that all down to just my own hard work, I recognise how much of it came from that early nuturing and stability and let's face it, my good fortune as compared to people like this.
I want to give this young lady props and encouragement on being a business owner. She come from a background of entrepreneurship and she's currently selling dinners and water. She's just not talking about it like a lot of young people, she's actually applying herself. If she keep trying, sooner or later she'll accomplish her dreams and goals. If she's not successful, she'll eventually have to work for someone else. But at least she tried
I love her energy she has a nice personality I hope she make that money to get her car cigar get those blessings She's very smart say a very good speaker🙏🏽🙏🏽❤❤❤❤😊
Why would you say that to her, if she’s prepared to be “ that “ in 30yrs? If she has a plan & faith in GOD, the world is her oyster. I wish her the best ❤.
She has the right mindset just because you giving advice that you feel is right doesn’t mean it’s the right advice for her it could be right for someone but she’s on the right path and you talking about social media says the man who has a social media RU-vid page some of these RU-vidrs have quit their 9 to 5 and making a career out of it working for themselves
The interviewer does hustler money from RU-vid, but he also said in a video that he has other income streams besides RU-vid including working a 9 to 5 job. The fast money is not guaranteed nor guaranteed to last forever. He warned ole young girl to get a regular job to help get her off the streets and work her way up to an real entrepreneur status.
@@Sunshine-jq9sw she’s not homeless and she cooks food and sales it out a store that a lady owns I didn’t say it was bad advice but she has the right mindset of wanting to own her own business she can do it his advice wasn’t right for her she’s trying and she can do it
@@veronicawesson5772 ya I don't like how he down played her goals. Meanwhile she is helping him get paid just by agreeing to do the interview. There is no reason that she can't become successful. He keeps telling her to get a job so she can learn the ins and outs but he has no idea what she knows. She said her whole family has been entrepreneurs. Not everybody wants to work for someone else like Dame Dash says "be a boss, don't be makin the next man rich."
She has the right attitude.... just a little stubborn 😅 "She said she's not working for ANYONE. if you're not saying what she truly believes in ..... then you're a dream buster to her. These young people dream big at an early age. Some make it.... some don't. The older generation has been taught to work, work, and work harder until you can retire or collect retirement.... Wtf you almost dead then. She's twenty year old now. It's only a small window to waste time. Before you know it She's in her 30's. That's half you life ALREADY...! People think we live to be 100yo when we barely making it to 70.... Lil Mama keep hustling and shooting for the moon and don't worry about missing cause if you do.... You're still around the stars. You are a STAR and many people will be praying for you to make it.... Good work Marcus.....
I wish much success to this strong young lady. I’m glad she believes and prays. I’ll be praying for her success and relationship with her Heavenly Father 🙏🏽. I’m going to gift her a free website with over 400 products to sell so if she accepts it patronize her business 🙏🏽.
You could see that rebellious spirit on her when Marcus tried to talk to her about working. She’s going to have to learn the hard way because she doesn’t want to listen and thinks she got it all figured out.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
We understand what you're telling her . You want her to get the experience so she'll know what she's doing, but many people have started their own businesses & learned as they grew & the years went by . She can do it as long as she don't fold .
Starting a business early is the best way to develop your entrepreneural skills. Most successful entrepreneurs didn't have jobs or a degree. So, she's on the right track.
For the successful point of view abt her having a business..she gotta change her stubborn mindset. Bcuz the way she's thinking on getting rich,, most likely will not become a reality. And she seems like a very sweet young girl. I just really hope her dreams come true in securing a wonderful future. Good luck sweetheart💗 God bless😊🙌🏽
@Tharealnooksta We All would love to get an update in 5-10 years. I'm rooting for u to make it. But time will tell if u become successful and maintain it. 🤷🏾Good luck to u👍🏽
@@CAM0244 if she is successful in 5-10 years, I’d bet $1000 that she will say she had to change this childish mindset that she has in this video! $1,000
She out in the world with the mentality of a 10 year old. She stuck at the age where the abuse happened. She’s been through so much. Just don’t get pregnant and she’ll be alright
I am proud of her she has a great mindset and she will be successful ❤ she is not lazy she is selling water and not in the store stealing These folks in the comments are ignorant A F
I get what she is saying about the advice. You don’t know what she knows or the skills she has even at this young age. Inadvertently you down play her greatness and accomplishments. So listen more and adjust your advice to the individual.
I know that see isn't intelligent and knows absolutely nothing about health, food requirements, regulations etc... Many people just talk and talk and talk!
Yes at 20 I had a full-time job and building on the side... 2 years later I was taking care of a family, two years after my son was born and three years later, I purchased my first home (which was a multi-unit building), while being a natural salesman (car sales was one).
i’m 24, but this younger generation want that quic fast easy money…. they need to realize you need to start somewhere it’s just not gon b enough saying “ i don’t want to work for nobody” but to each their own..
Look at life this way. PRINCIPLES. EVERYTHING STARTS AS A SEED. You have to plant and watch over it. It all takes time to achieve anything. Baby, Plants, Career, EDUCATION, anything.
"I don't like people, I just like fast money and I don't want to work for anyone !" How successful can someone be in the restaurant/food business that doesn't like or want to be around people ?
You know what you want to do is going to work. Is the first step to failure and wasting time learning from your mistakes. Listen to the advice he is trying to tell you. It makes sense!!!!
My kids the same way ..mama can do no wrong even when mama is obviously the problem..shit kinda make me feel sad cause I do everything for them and they'll take anybody side before mine..
@@Thefive5 wow that's sad. Just watch them and feed and clothe them but as far as taking them places to enjoy life, just do it without them and plan your escape when they turn 18
@@Thefive5 it’s like a curse, in real time we can see how majority of these women in north america are extremely toxic before & after having children but they never are held accountable for they negative actions but men will always be held accountable good or bad. The young woman being interviewed it’s no way she should be in public dressed like that but I’m sure her mother dresses the same or just don’t care how her daughter leaves the house dressed
I'm homeless in memphis tn and she will be alright as long as she 🙏 and stay motivated 💯. Selling water 💧 is a cool little hustle for spring and summer. She will grow up with time and realize thing's in life come with a territory
