For people who don’t want to replay the video a hundred times for the first recipe 20 ingredients brownies: Brownie: 1.5 cup brown sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 3 sticks butter Mix well 4 egg 2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix well 8 oz melted dark chocolate 1.5 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa powder 8 oz semi sweet chocolate Bake at Fahrenheit 350 for 25 min. cheese cake topping: 16 oz Cream cheese 1 cup marscapone cheese Mix well 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix well 1 egg 2 tbsp milk Mix well Take brownies out and pour cream mixture on top then place back in oven for 30 min Ganache: 11 oz chocolate 11 oz of heavy cream(heated) 1 tsp salt Slowly mix When brownies have cooled pour ganache evenly on top then refrigerate Once hardened sprinkle a bit of salt
