This all looks super nice and easy, but in reality that prep work is quite extensive. For average player on average pop server that would be few hours to find or buy Dao sword and advanced lockpicks. Then there is personal and character skill level. We all know that for you Kill Box was also easy, while some players never succeed there. And if we add advanced lockpicking skill, what you call "an average lockpicker" is in fact above average. And on top all that work and skills, you got tons of luck with that code on armory. Idea for next video - what to do if that fails and Mr. Brenner wakes up.
It's not tons of luck opening the armory door. You have a 50/50. And if you happen to fail. Simply run out, let Brenner de-aggro, replace the fuse and get the guranteed armory on your next try. But I sort of agree with the lockpicking. I have advanced lockpicking and I needed to practice for hours for a couple days before I was good enough to do it the way I wanted. 1 screwdriver and only improvised lockpicks. I managed to get 9 kits two times with minimal supplies by the end of my single player test runs.

Nevermind. Whoever liked my comment. I figured it out. If you are unlucky on the very first one, all doors will slowly closeand brenner will walk to his armory. If you run out really fast and turn right up the ramp, he wont even see you run by him for some reason. You can hide in this hallway behind boxes. Once he goes back to his holding spot, just deal with the one razor that dropped and you're back in business. You should only ever fail once, as you can do 3 guesses per try. The second try you will always get in so long as you try new numbers, and you can just hide in that room you got open should you fail the second or third room. Just dont close the door behind you, and run very fast. You will not have any room for failure running back to that first success. It closes quickly. You CAN'T hide from Brenner IN his armory outright; you HAVE to be in one of the three rooms or down that long hallway. Just make sure you have enough charge in your fuse to last you going back and forth. Set that timer every time you start it so you know how much time you have, and give yourself 1-2 minutes of leeway to run back. Don't get caught locked in Brenners vault. he will get to you before you can get it open and you're screwed. Hope this helps!
I do like that the abandoned bunkers offer players a choice to rush them fast or take their time and clear. I just imagine 10 dudes going ape shit dealing with constant razor spawn and micromanaging boss man cause no f given would be absolutely amazing if everyone was just equipped with nothing but a metal spear, a bow, a quiver, 12 small pointy sticks, a bag, and a naked dream. Would be fun to see who survives and who doesn't with all the back tracking being done just to loot unlocked things unless lucky enough to find a 40/40 BSD and some picks, hopefully advanced
I've literally just got back into SCUM after a year + off. Never been into one of these abandoned bunkers. and after watching this video, I'm not sure I want to now! 🤔😲😬 Good video though 👍
nice video, adv thievery helps but I managed iron and silver in KB the other day with zero thievery. I didn't realise until afterwards, it just shows a lot of it is confidence. If I knew I had zero thievery it would have been on my mind.
I have to say that this video doesn't show the full struggle that a lot of players are encountering. Not having puppets makes a huge change to overall dynamic of the bunker. It would definitely take more than 20 min. But as a sterile example what steps you need to take - not a bad guide. Some people already expressed that we need to learn how to deal with Mr. Brenner. Before last hot fixes he were not able to open doors, so you could have locked him in other part of the bunker and not think about him. Last time me and my friend tried fast and aggressive loud tactics. Mr. Brenner (and tons of puppets) pushed us all the way up to the 1 level... where my friend died and I was able to retreat to big open storage area where I was able to hide. But sadly, when I was trying to lure Mr. Brenner back to 2 level, I got rushed by at least 10+ puppets and 2-3 razors. From now it looks like it's rather mandatory to go bow and melee to successfully clear abandoned bunker. But with our settings for more puppets it's rather suicidal.
The puppets would have been no threat because of how fast I did it and I didn’t fail at the mini games except at the starting door. Because I was prepped I dont give the puppets time to multiply and I didn’t agro Brennar. Look at todays stream the last 30 mins and youll see I can easily do it with prep work and a ton of puppets
@@Luthais Well, gotta say. I went full meta kit for tonight run on our server and it went just as advertised. xd Just a lil cuts and bruises here and there but the hardest one was just C2. Bow and arrow/katana(dao) is extremely strong for current version of an Abandoned Bunker. Took a pistol as a backup, not a single shot was fired. I have to admit that I'm just a lil mad that no matter how locked and loaded you are with firearms and explosives, you better go nice and slow with a damn bow. xd Still wondering what we can do about Mr. Brenner in case of agro :) Thank you and cheers, Luthais. Not "Hero-to-Zero" 😂 lol **Nice tip about the the covered up Loot in the Armory on the TOP of the Lockers, me and 2 others did this run before and neither of us bothered or noticed the top was lootable. Earlier today I encountered a huge issue. If I failed the hacking attempts twice. Then not only would the doors be locked. Brenner would open the doors an advance on my location. As well as the other infected as well. Miraculously I was able to run away from him in the A4 bunker. In the first area. How I managed that is absolutely beyond me. And then to my utter astonishment two other individuals came to the bunker as well. Needless to say I tried to tell them not to go in. They were incinerated. I also got a timer for 30,000 seconds to log out of the bunker. AKA 8.5 hours meaning your basically dead. I did manage to leave the bunker when the door reset. However. Upon trying the door with the other two individuals desd inside. The doors simply couldn't be opened. And the only reason the door was even able to be opened on this server was due to it being nighttime. Needless to say, I find this to be utterly ridiculous and basically impossible. Because if you fail a single hack be it the key code or the door. The second fail will result in brenner making you a Bar B Que. And since you can't kill him escape or return to retrieve your loot I see no point in even bothering with the bunker at all.
Remember you need a screwdriver for every hacking attempt and if you fail you can just move back from where you are or hide and wait like 3 mins and carry on. If you have a screwdriver you need to log out and log in
@Luthais oh, I had 3 40/40 screwdrivers alright. I wouldn't go in their without those. As I said, the log out timer was 30,000 seconds, so after 1 second, it was 29,999. I was in the first area where you walk into the entrance. You killing the first infected that runs at you causes brenner to advance on you. And being in a corridor, you just eat flame. And because brenner entered the first area, the exit/entrance was locked and unhackable. As I said, the doors only opened because the other two opened the door, and when they died, I was able to open it because it was nighttime. I have no idea how any of this works in the manner of game mechanics. I did live through it tho and I will he won't leave the bunker. I did close the door on him and he was standing outside not moving. I'm almost positive you can collect the blood from him this way. However I didn't have a syringe to collect any. I left the area and came back. He was gone. I was still unable to open the door. So no idea if the bodies disappeared. The two guys called it a loss and left. But they easily put over 100 rounds into brenner.
@@jonathanpalma713Yes they are, I think he has 6 Servers.. ONLY the "Members" one is SMALL fee, Which I believe is True Emmursion (TE) but even in Single Player you can Edit your "Settings" on your Map 👍🏼
@@rsbispo Cargo Drops are very common also for dropping Katana Swords as well, not specifically the "Dao Sword" but a sword is a sword, of that caliber, even the Improvised Sword you can craft works just as good!
Yes, nicely done you made it out with some loot. SUCESSFULY thank you for another great video I wanna see you unlock all the armorys and drag 2 level 3 chest in there to collect every drop of loot that's my wish from you if you want to do it again since they made that draging a chest makes noise
That was possible before the update but then they patched it out. Moving a chest will wake up Brenner at the entrance. You're not dragging a chest through there anymore.
@@connorC6 Yes. Moving a chest through the bunker wakes up anything in a 5 mile radius. It may as well sound like a nuclear explosion to them. Brenner started opening doors on his way up to the first floor to kick my ass for disturbing his slumber while I was only at the entrance. I wasn't able to get the chest down to the bottom floor because moving it made Brenner constantly patrol the stairs. It might feel more doable in multiplayer due to being less zombies but in single player, it's impossible with increased zombie count at the stairs and constant respawning and Brenner guarding the stairs ontop of them. Try it. Good luck.
the switch of C is not necessary if you are not going to loot the deposits of C. with A and B you open the doors to go down below and the one on the floor below does not need switch C if you do not go to the deposits. good video!!
okay didn't even hit us, you forgot to remove that clip from the video aha it's clear you was hit, but in god mode witch is a shame but thanks for the video helped me and my friend figure out easier ways to do the bunker.
I enjoy your content and have learned much early on when I got the game. But let's be honest, shall we? We almost never see the long standing game breaking puppet clipping bug on content creator videos. I stopped doing bunkers because of it until it's fixed. Last time I did a bunker, I watched no less than a dozen puppets clipping through doors and walls and it's actually a map wide problem. It's just easier to mitigate above ground. In the bunkers, your screwed when a lot of them start clipping at the same time.
As soon as you hear the vents or crying, STOP your every movement. When you search for loot make sure it's 1-2 things at a time, before you start to agro the Razors.. then wait for silence.. 3-5sec you should be fine. I made it to Armory Spawning maybe 2-4 Razors, which my Improvised Sword took care of quite easily.
Move slower. Wait 3 seconds between searching items and between opening gates. Youll see a big difference. Only use bow with 2 silencers on, Dao Sword and Silenced Pistol

😂 we ALL know what he meant, "Zero-to-Hero" and if you actually play the game, you should have already a stash of ALL of this in your Base, so yea his starting point makes sense.
This looks like way to much of a headache the only thing I would ever be interested in this place is the radiation suits other than that I don't care for the loot nothing I can't live without
There is a Spawn Timer at every Spawn Point, and as long as he keeps moving forward he's not giving the timer an opportunity to restart for another puppet spawn to occur.. therefore puppets don't have a chance to periodically spawn over and over. You reduce the percentage of a puppet spawning if you keep moving forward and don't loiter in the vicinity/area of the range of the Spawn Point. That's why many Players just go straight to the Armory and not worry about the "common loot" items that you see, the boxes, crates etc., as you make your way through the Bunker.
@@Luthais I always have fun playing. Think I’ll try it in single player first and get used to the layout etc. I’ve only been down there once in single player and never in multiplayer. The mini games are not too bad but the razors smash me. Might try with a sword rather than silenced pistol this time.
