Desiree' s workouts indeed are a Godsend: she makes you want to try and do it also on a day when you're feeling lazy...she covers everything you can possibly want from cardio to sculpting and toning, stretching flexibility and she does it all to the highest standards without putting us off with impossibly difficult routines..And if you re consistent they work for weight loss and do marvels on legs and tummy, I know it for a fact. What more can you ask? Desiree please never stop posting your wonderful workouts!
