I just started your classes and I love it. You’re so graceful with every movement and I’m striving to be more like that - I’ve always been that hyper girl who lurches out of nowhere and is the tornado dropping and tripping. Since 23(16 years) I’ve been seriously working on it. And now I’m able to hold still. Extended side Angle both arms forward - feels good to do both sides ** your classes FLY BY. I love it. Thank you.

Thank you Charlie! I've seen my mom do yoga for years but was always more inclined towards the classical dance form I'm trained in (Kathak). However, as the years go on, I understand how yoga helps with body strength and stress relief. I've had my on and offs with practice but your class took me right through without even realising when it ended. This was an experience of pure flow! You're amazing! ❤

I must admit this heat wave in Poland is killing me and I had a 4-day break from my beloved practice. But I thought to myself this is it and your flow was exactly what I needed to reconnect. It was slow, gentle but very active and at the same time with all the asanas that I really like. Thanks

I find this very authentic, covers the entire body and very well timed in between each pose. Not a rush rush rush like most others. Yoga is to be…. Not do do do 😊 would be great to add some pranayama and meditation at the end or start…. Love your sequence. thank you! 🙏
