I like these videos because she doesn't spend the first five minutes of the video talking to the viewer like we are 5 year olds. I appreciate that she talks over the video instead of throughout as well, so we get a real flowing session without all the breaks for chit-chat. Also, this woman is insanely beautiful. My only critique is that I would suggest mentioning that certain poses (the last one) are not good if you have lower back issues (that come with tight hip flexors etc.) Also, I'd suggest mentioning skill level in the description. I don't think I'd be able to do this if I was a beginner.

I like humorous chit chat and distracting animals 😆 This was a great stretch for sore cycling legs! I like the reminders to relax and think of it more that way than as “stretching” even though it’s obviously a “Deep Stretch” and on the “edge” of intensity as mentioned near the end. All the little reminders and adjustments are great. And that she starts right in, not wasting my time before Colbert comes on 😆

Thank you so much for adding why I suddenly felt so strange during camel pose! I love that you always explain "why" in addition to "how". Same with "the edge" concept! Really helps me understand the practice more. Thank you!

wow what a great yoga routine! i normally mute audio while following along yoga videos but she described everything in a perfect minimalist way, plus her voice was so serene and calm that it actually helped me focus on the routine! love the focus on mind-body connection

I've been having intense sore in my quads and glutes for 3 DAYS after an intense leg workout in the gym. This magically solved the problem in 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

my favorite part was grabbing the back ankle after opening the hip in a low lunge. that pose was very powerful and brought up a lot of sensation for me. thank you!

Amazing! I’ve been cycling and weight training like crazy, my quads were spent...there was no amount of foam rolling that could help. This stretch made me feel human again!!! Thank you!!! Making this a regular routine.

Wow! 3 minutes in and I have to stain to say how much I appreciate the detailed explanation of which muscles we should feel and engage to correctly preform each stretch. Sometimes I think I go through these wondering what the heck is going on with my body. I love the mind body connection you verbally express for us! Excellent video!

The 25min slow hip stretch was great after this practice! I did a mad leg workout today and this practiced and the 25min slow hip stretch practice were amazing right before bed. Thanks for all you do!

This was great but very hard for me, stopped a lot of times. I think I'll come back to this when I'm a bit stronger but nice to attempt it as my hips are so tight

Good morning Sarah! A friend of mine did this stretch after her leg workout last week and suggested that I should do this too! Just did a leg workout and then this! Oh my goodness! Amazing class! at the start of camel pose i felt dizzy and grabbed water immediately and came back. i felt relieved when she said it was normal. thank you for this stretch!

Hey Sarah!! Thank you so much! Both of these hip videos were just what I needed today!! I've noticed that although Supta Bodda Konasana is supposed to be a relaxing and resetting pose, it usually hurts my groin/hip flexor. Are there any different poses that might achieve the same result, or maybe a modification? Or are there certain pointers you have for executing the pose properly as to not injure myself?

Hi Sara! Have you tried propping your knees up a bit with pillows? This type of modification can feel really good while giving your body a chance to relax into the pose. Also make sure you’re not arching in your middle/lower back, if you are then prop your knees higher so you can flatten your back more and draw your tailbone towards your heels

Indeed a deep stretch. Especially the camel pose at the end was intense. Hadn't expected that. Good practice to keep breathing slow and steady while in an intense position. Really liked your explanation about the edge/cliff, also really helpful in real life, off the mat

ive been so excited to finally try one of your routines that uses a yoga block. i finally bought one online, it came in and i noticed this newer video. click on it...i need 2blocks ): sigh. ill just do one of your other routines but i have to say, i'm not a huge fan of the ones that require *anything* other than a yoga mat. theres been a few ive had to put off till a later date because ive had to go out and buy equipment. all pillows in my house are too soft to be a good bolster so either way i needed to buy a firmer pillow or a bolster lol. just something to note. i do love most of your videos otherwise, though.

Thank you for this! Since 2010 I have done yoga (I've also had two kids) but I always dreampt of being a teacher one day. I just kept thinking my flexibility was never good enough. Would anyone take me as a serious teacher if I couldn't do extreme poses?!

I'm flexible when it comes to my front thighs/legs, those moves feel effortless, but my back legs are so stiff I can't even touch my toes with my hands :"D

Hi Sarah🙂 I love your channel. Can you please make it so that the background isn't always bright? I can't dim my screen enough to where the brightness isn't overbearing. 💡✨ it hurts my eyes to the point where I can't continue the whole session and I would really like to.

Thank you. So much for this session. You are the only instructor Ever, that has mention that you may feel nauseous when doing camel pose. Each time i do this pose it makes me feel sick, ..... so thank you, .....at least i now know it’s normal to feel this way x
