This 20-Min Fat Burning Cardio Workout was just what I needed! 💪🏽🔥 The standing abs exercises really hit the core, and I love that I didn’t need any equipment. Quick, effective, and perfect for staying fit at home. Can’t wait to do it again!

Overall I like all the workouts. But with each workout I notice that there are too many exercises for the legs (especially considering that this workout was for the abs) and very few exercises for the back.

It’s good. But honestly it’s like 70% more on leg exercises than a cardio/Abs/fat burning work out.

Como cuando la actitud del entrenador te da más hueva que campaña política... pero como ya comenzaste la rutina y tienes el tiempo medido para salir a trabajar, decides seguirla pero solo ves el ejercicio que sigue e ingoras al entrenador por que la verdad, tu le pusiste más punch al ejercicio y te la suda lo demás!!
