Follow-along and enjoy this full body dumbbell workout! It will help to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

Awesome job, Good job, have you consider creating a adjustable bench fullbody dumbbell workout series, more so for people that may struggle with standing exercises, perhaps due to back issues or shoulder...etc

I need this today! I haven't worked out in quite awhile with weights & I felt it too! I felt sooo sluggish in the beginning & I felt like wow I'm not going to be able to do this, but I weren't as bad as I thought I were. I surprised myself because I "COMPLETED THE WHOLE EXERCISE" w/o HAVING TO PAUSE THE VIDEO" although I had to do the modified version on the Push Ups & the Side Planks, but I were able to do them "ALL"! Hallelujah! Thank "U"! It was a really Good Sweaty Workout & I felt so Good when I were Done! I usually walk instead of picking up weights! I could really tell the difference from the time long ago that I last used weights & body strength! Thank "U"! 🤗😘🙌

Just found your videos and looked at a few and did not see stretching after the workout. Is there a separate video for that or a reason stretching is not included?

Vc ja tentou os Full Body fat burn hiit? Sao tipos treinos metabólicos e sao ótimos. Tem playlist no canal. Tem um knee friendly que eu amo, sempre faço. Sao 20 minutos e eu quase morro. Tem com e sem pesos.
