This videos are Amazing, am starting my journy after 2 kids and losing my self in a lot of weight... I used to weight 58kg...now am at 85kg need to lose 57 pounds and am a tiny person of 5.4 and this is the Year!! Me and my husband are doing this together so I Will push it I know by the end of the year of doing your exercises and eating healthy will get me there FIRST WEEK Did the beginner workout for 6 days and took Sunday Off SECOND WEEK Day 1 Since we were feeling like we could handle more we did this Full Body workout 20m boy... this HAD ME SWEATING way more than the beginner video my legs are burning!!! Will keep doing this video the whole week and keep updates!

I discovered her in the middle of covid and loved her vibe and workouts. 4 years later after an accident and thyroid problems found her again in my forgotten workout playlist. Its been 3 months since and I finally feel like myself again. Its not just looking good or ripped or having abs or not. I was an athlete. And smh you never stop being one. Never stopped doing sports and moving and just feeling strong. Then out of nowhere you're out of breath just by going upstairs and 2 min into jogging makes your head feels like a burning ticking bomb. I started and gave up too many times before getting diagnosed and then an accident sent me to bed for another half a year. I hadn't felt like myself in 3 years. So thank you Madz!!! For making doable and quick and fun workouts. For helping me feel strong again. For helping me feel like me again. You probably have no idea how many people you're helping out there with your videos ❤❤❤

thankyou for this ❤️❤️ i got a little bit demotivated at times with some of the exercises that were a bit too hard for me but just swapped them out for other similar exercises i knew i could do and reminded myself that its the effort that counts and that by doing this i'm already taking the first step to achieve the things i struggle with. i have to remember that progress will come with time and i have to be kind to myself

Same! It feels so nice to realise your body is capable of such amazing things. I have a consistent pilates background so even though those bodyweight exercises look tougher in some ways, pilates makes the workout way easier. And I don't care for the people who label pilates as "not exercise" lol. How could I survive without Move with Nicole and Madfit?

Day 1: ✅ felt pretty easy at the start but tired me out in a good way by the end Day 2: ✅ surprisingly no body pain in the morning; felt like hell while doing it but finishing it gave me immense satisfaction (listening to motivating songs seriously helped-- don't think i would have been able to finish it otherwise)

Doing this routine every day for as long as I can :) Goals: Slim down a bit, get stronger (especially in my core) Day 1: Haven’t worked out in awhile and was definitely sweating quite a bit. Overall not too difficult today. Felt good to work my muscles! Day 2: Woo! Definitely felt the burn more today than I did yesterday. My muscles were quite sore today which made this a bit harder. Took some extra breaks but overall was still enjoyable. Day 3: Missed this day due to being busy. Back at it again tomorrow! Day 4: Finished this workout today. About the same as day 2, but my muscles weren’t as sore! Note to self, try to do this workout when you’re energized, not tired 😅 made it a bit harder. Édit: sorry to anyone who wanted these updates! I completely forgot I had posted this and did end up switching workout routines after a week of this one (doing le serrafem workout now). Here are my results after that week was over: My results weren’t huge after just one week of course, but I did notice a difference! My stomach was leaner and even my legs had lost a little. I would recommend this as a great workout for slimming down and building a little muscle. It’s also fairly easy to stick to even for someone who’s a beginner trying to get into good workout habits! My diet for this process wasn’t anything super healthy and included a lot of microwaved meals, if you’re on a healthy diet you’d probably get more noticeable results. ⁠@@ChristinaFarley-q8v Thank you! If I’m honest I’m not entirely sure. I would assume it’s the upper body section, but I can’t say for sure as I haven’t experienced much chest strain from this. If it’s giving you trouble I’d recommend easing off on that section a bit or trying some different techniques. This is probably a bit far fetched, but if you find these pains to be quite bad I would consider seeing a physiotherapist to make sure everything’s in check! 😊

@@Ammulu0713 hi! sorry for the late response! it's been two weeks now since i stick with only this workout (i used to switch between a few other arms/glutes dumbbell workouts from maddie). i can say my core is much stronger (i can finish the 45 secs of push ups and abs lmao) and my waist is a bit smaller (i use the treadmill also so, it could be a mix). i definitely recommend to gain a little bit of strength and weight loss. i still cannot do the plank exercise tho lol

Thank you so so much. I'm in my 8th week of pregnancy and before I've been working out with you on a regular basis. Now I have the typical feeling sick symptoms and had to slow it down massively (which is totally fine, my body tells me what I need).
