Wow, I didn’t know how much I needed this until now. I just broke down crying in the middle of this session…you really don’t know how much stress and pressure you have build up until you have to let it go. I can’t say that I’m 100% okay now but I can say that this video really help me (not only this video specifically, but all of MADFIT videos, they help me so much with my anxiety and my depression). I will never be able to thank Maddie enough. Thank you, and I hope everyone stays healthy and happy 🤍

Just did 2 of Maddie's other videos (a 10 minute arm workout and a 20 minute full body beginner workout), followed by this one! I'm new to working out, and have been following these videos on my tiny apartment's living room floor for the past 2 months, and wow, I already notice a difference in my mood and physical strength! I've been doing your workout and stretching videos for 2 years now, I love them so much they're the only one I actually enjoy doing, especially the dance workout when I'm not feeling so good. For the past year I haven't been doing so good and stopped doing "real" workouts but these kinds of stretching really help me moving my body and release a bit of my stress and anxiety; I can't thank you enough for your videos 🤍

honestly Maddy, this was absolutely the most gratifying workout I have done so far. It opened up my entire body and simultaneously feel extremely relaxed. A beautiful stretching session with the best trainer. I always come to you when I have to shake a leg.

Thank you so much for this, Maddie. The first half of this routine made me emotional for some reason. I felt like the first half hit my mental and emotional wellbeing, and the second half hit my physical wellbeing. I was surprised at how much of a flexibility challenge the second portion was. This is a great routine to release some internal stress, then improve your flexibility game. Thumbs up for sure 👍🏻❤️🔥

Thank you, Maddie. I done this set with you this morning. God for morning or evening training before to sleep. Calm, soft, deep, with pranayama, balance between stretching and tone muscles, and good for nerve system. Friendly for beginners

I love this routine. Its really similar to another 20 minute stretch that you made that I've been doing for over a year. A couple of minor criticisms - the breath is wrong on the cat cow. We should breathe in when looking up and breathing out when flexing down. And I really wish you'd specify which legs/arms we are using instead of saying "reach toward your leg" because then I have to look at the screen instead of just "going with the flow". Other than that, this is an awesome routine and I'll definitely be mixing it in with my other favorite yoga workouts.

This is perfect Maddie! 15 minutes always seemed a bit too short, 30 min too long for most situations, but a 20 min stretch/stress relief is the sweet spot. Thanks for uploading this, I've been doing it for 5 days now (with 1 pause) and it helps alleviate the stress from all the sitting. Thanks for all your work, you're a companion since the beginning of Corona for both me and my girlfriend and helped us stay (roughly) in shape ever since. Thanks for your calming grounded way in all your workouts, it really is a pleasure. If you ever visit Hamburg, Germany please send us a note ;-) Best regards A little wish from my side would be some more stretch videos, especially for specific regions of the body. For instance my shoulders, chest, arms and neck need stretching on a daily basis, yet I seldom do them as they're some of the most boring ones. A little video as a companion/motivation would help tremendously

Well, I've made through maybe 3 of the ab workouts rep for rep. This is the first yoga one I've followed of yours. And I made it through the whole thing. Returing back to center was the best part after the hamstrings.

Loved this session! In future videos, could you use “left” and “right” or addressing specific parts of the body instead of “here” or “this”? It was difficult to fall into a flow when I wasn’t sure which part of the body you were referring to. Thank you for the awesome videos!😊🌸
