You keep asking for toned leg workouts, so here's another! This one is great for those days where you just don't feel up to doing a full cardio workout because it 100% takes place on the mat -- mostly while lying on your side. Don't be fooled, though. This one is intense, and you will feel the burn almost immediately.
We'll tackle one side for ten minutes, then turn around and do the other side for the last ten minutes. This will help to increase the burn and keep you accountable to finish the entire video. Very sneaky, sis.

Because the first thing you do is work your right / left leg while you use the other leg. So the leg gets tired because you take the power from there.

so, i saw the routine and i thought, oh cool i'm going to do it after the 20min burn calories workout.... result: i am dead, literally, i'm lying down on the pavement. but happy. also, always terrific work! love and sweat ;) - Giulia

I am so happy I discovered your videos!! I absolutely love the routines, including the color palettes, images, music, dogs, and overall vibes. I have really struggled to find exercise videos that I enjoy. I totally look forward to doing your routines and have finally been able to be consistent and stick to a schedule over several months. Working to strengthen my hip flexors and vastus lateralis to fend-off future knee injuries. Great video. Much stronger after 3x per week for 2 months.

How COULD you do this to us, Rachel? :D It's killer! Your videos are the best, I've started watching them about 2 years ago and still coming back to them. They have such an awesome chill atmosphere, I love the music and the dogs are just incredibly sweet - just what I need for a workout. :)

I’m going to do this for 7 days Day 1: ✅ burns ofc no change yet Day 2: ✅ Burns see a little change Day 3: ✅ Burn is fading Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Thigh measurements before : L: 21.5 inches for thigh gap. middle part 19 inches R: thigh gap: 20.2 inches. Middle part 19.5 inches --------- Thigh measurements after: L: R: I stopped doing this it doesn’t work at all it tones but ain’t no way I’m wasting 20 mins for a tone. I learned that if I want fast results and working results I have to get up and jump around. Tbh the harder ones make me feel better and actually worked, ever since I was doing hard workouts I’ve been seeing results and lost 4 pounds. (It’s rlly hard for me to loose weight bcs of my body type) anyone who needs this motivation js get up and workout if you want to be her

@@zainymainy6224 not too much I started with 2 pound now I’m with 3 pounds! What I’ve noticed has helped a lot has been stretching my legs! I’ve been doing some stretching exercises and I can tell the difference
