This is episode 3 of the 2024 Summer Shred Challenge that is releasing on 6th May 2024. This workout is being pre-released and the full schedule starts on 6th May.

Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. RU-vidrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

Totally with you here🤝 Chloe is not just a RU-vid fitness coach, she's the one who supports me (and all of us) and helps me believe in myself. Her workouts are the source of energy that makes me get off the bed in the morning, even when I feel like disappearing. I'm forever grateful

My honest opinion she's the best I've seen. I've been following her videos for almost 6 yrs so far. I'm a member of beachbody on demand for 10 years and I'm thinking to quite it. I only use Shaun T's workout there then switch to Chloe. I really wish Chloe change her music and the rest are great.

Yayy done with Day 10 of the Summer Shred 2024! It definitely gets easier! I remember I struggled so hard on week one and was sore, but this week ain’t as bad and I’m getting better at the exercises. I feel much stronger already, and I get the feeling I might finish this program.

This is my day 8 of the new summer shred program and let me tell you it works! If you dont see results when you already finished the program, you probably need to fix your nuitrition, it go in a calorie deficit. Calorie deficit means when you burn more calories than you actually consume. This program really helped me on my weight loss journey and I already lost 3 pounds in just 8 days! Thank yo u chloe ting for this amazing program! 💗

Its been 2 months ever since i started following you and trust me not only I've been physically strong but also mentally. @@Nature_1273 istg her new toning program worked wonders for me 😭 her leg workouts are great I'd highly recommend that but not only that I also did 5-7k steps after it, ate lots of protein, drank lots of water (after every rep I took a small shot(¿?) Of cold water it helped me) and my diet only contained fruits, veggies, chicken and eggs (sometimes fish too). This all worked for me.

Hi Chloe, your routines were highly recommended to me since I don't have money or time to go to the gym at the moment, I'm going to turn 17 in a few months and I want to start exercising to look better, I promise to be consistent with this routine that I will do 2 /3 times a week which is recommended and in 3 months I will return with my results. 💗 Buttocks: 83cm Waist: 64cm Height: 158cm

Thank you Chloe! Your workouts helped me to lose about 20 pounds and to become fitter than i was 20 years ago. Currently i have a light tennis arm syndrome that i want to cure before i start a new challenge. I'm 57 and healing takes a lot more time :) I hope to be ready before May 6. @@sunmipark9431 I have done the shred challange 2019 and I followed a strict & unhealthy diet. I only ate in the morning and in the evening (around 700-800 kcal per day) I skipped lunch and I tried Not to eat anything from 6pm

as a kid i had hormonal issues and stress ate (i was very anxious at this time too) and i always wanted to be a healthy weight and so just over a year ago i started and i’ve currently lost over 20kg and i am less than 10kg away from the healthy weight bracket for my height :)) now most of the remaining fat is stored in my lower body now so i need to do this 😭

I'm new to Chloe Ting (sorry!), 58 with dodgy knees and ankles but am going to try one workout a day. First try today, absolutely cannot get any lunges even half way, so I'm super-hopeful I'll be bendier from practicing regularly. Thank you Chloe and this very positive community:)

Day 2 - very stiff after the first workout yesterday. Did the 20-minute full-body workout today. Lunges only at about one-fifth and anything on the floor with plank-based movements just had me falling over! It will get better!

Day 3 - still really stiff, all day! Did the full body burn HIIT from 2024 summer shred today - think I'll stick to this one for a while as it's beginner-friendly. Plank-based exercises still really hard and following along sometimes gets me lost; definitely still at only one-fifth of lunges. But give it a week and I'm looking forward to improving.

Day 4, no workout as I did £31K steps walking around London, and my legs and joints were ACHING!

Day 5. The painful thighs have gone, my legs feel softer and less sore. I was out all day and my knees, ankle and toe joints were stiff from the previous day so I did summer 2021 shred challenge warm up and HIIT cardio. Definitely at my own pace; I couldn't complete the floor exercises on HIIT cardio as just too tired.

Day 6 - the first time I have not felt completely out of my depth AND my thighs aren't burning! Yes, lunges are still barely at an angle and I tumble over when doing both lunges and plank-based exercises. But the feeling of 'I'll never be able to do this' has passed and I have hope!

Chloe, I need your wise advice! I'm confused. Do I need to eat less to burn belly fat? On the other hand, how can I eat more to grow my glutes? I eat healthy foods, but I'm unsure about how much to eat to lose belly fat while gaining muscle.

Eat foods high in protein, these are healthy foods and can help you with a slim stomach and growing your glutes, using weights is also a game changer. Hope this helps.
