Welcome, thank you so much for joining my in this 20 minute vinyasa flow yoga class for flexibility. This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good. I'm calling this a "sweet release" practice as I want you to really soften in the poses and enjoy the process.
If you've got flexibility goals, these poses will help you get there! We'll mix static and dynamic stretches to give you the best of both worlds. Ideal for yogis who are short on time but want to stretch their entire body.
No props are required so when you're ready, just meet me on your mat and let's flow together!

hi, I am a 25 year old guy who has the worst flexibility in the world. Today was day 1 but im going to do this every morning. This was my first time trying yoga, I have a long way to go when it comes to everything but I cannot express to you what this has already done for me. during the break I broke out in uncontrollable laughter followed by tears, I have not cried in a long time. Everything going on in my life went away for a moment and I wasn't even high. thank you, I'll see you again tomorrow.

If you can't pencil out 10 minutes 15 minutes 20 minutes for your own personal well-being what good is life mark it on your calendar that's what I do and I'm on a year and a half now of not missing some sort of yoga routine in at least 5 minutes... A year from now you look back and go wow I did it don't miss a day there is no reason..no excuses!!!😊

I liked the stretch. My lower back was not ready for the reverse backbend. I ended up doing more forward stretches at this time. I added fish pose and reverse fish.

I’ve often wondered if I’m doing pigeon pose correctly as I can never make my shin parallel with the front edge of the mat. I do everything else correctly, so thank you so much for mentioning that my leg doesn’t need to be parallel to that front edge. Great mellow stretch. Thank you SO much.

This was fantastic! It was exactly what I was looking for this morning - some strength and stability with the forward hinge, especially stepping up into it, but also had the feeling of yin with calm sequences and relaxation. The savasansa at the end was.👌 As well was the music choice. Today’s intention is “connect and unwind” and this flow was just that. ❤
