PJ, I am strong, conditioned, and very flexible but cardio is (and has always been) my weak area. I get winded quickly. I am in good health but don't know how to handle this. Do you have any suggestions? I find that I have to rest frequently, which seems to defeat the purpose of the exercise. Thank you in advance.

Great cardio AMRAP, 10-13 reps, depending on PJ’s count!😂 I made it to the buzzer.! 👏 Triceps got the love yesterday so they complained today until they warmed up. Quads were back-talking to me during the stretch at the end, but they really liked how it felt. My body is just a bundle of mis-behavior. 🤷 So much fun! Thanks, PJ!❤

That got the heart pumping! Modified that last set: 10 prone squats with my hands elevated on a chair; 10 mountain climbers with my hands elevated on a chair, and 10 Good Mornings (standing). ONE MORE DAY TO GO!!!
