The guiding voice would be more effective if the background music did not overpower it. It should not be necessary to have to strain to hear the voice. Could not get full benefit because of this.

Let your mind go, it can be your worse enemy, been there and I can attest the same feeling. Such a healing video! This was my first time doing a chakra meditation, thought I’ve been aware of chakras for a long time. As I arrived at each chakra, I rested my hands on top of where they reside and said,”nice to properly meet you” I realize now my solar plexus chakra needs some work, as saying the affirmations for that one very much made me cry. Thank you for such a beautiful and helpful video.

As a woman, for a long time I couldn't listen to a man's voice guiding meditations because of lack of trust towards men in general. This was the first meditation I listened to that has a man guiding it. At first I was scared, but soon I was soothed. Thank you for offering a safe space. Im back I’m going to use this for a week and update to see if I feel differently for my mental health. The first day I used it I had such sudden shifts I felt inside myself like as if I got dizzy and things were shifting?? I felt it mainly in my third eye chakra, heart chakra and solar plexus. It was a entire shift that almost made me loose my breathe. Felt super calm and relaxed after and felt like my anxiety and mental health were so much better.

I manifested this in the morning by accident 😇 all I said was I wonder if master Sri has a chakra alignment meditation video and I didn’t check RU-vid till later today and that’s the first thing that popped up onto my feed! Thank you! I’ve been so focused on manifesting my lost love that sometimes I have huge headache by the end of the day this really really helped 🧿♥️ perfect timing!
