This is so awesome, thank you! Could you do a video on colours TPR? I find it very difficult to use TPR for colours, unlike for example animals, sports or action verbs.

Love your joyful presence and the way you use voice and face to let us know that you are having a great time! I love the interesting, clear way you repeat words and phrases with different intonations. Thanks for your wonderful ideas and demo. I'm a puppeteer and would love to know how you use puppets in your classroom?
Hi Lynn, thanks for watching and welcome to the Mooncake community! I love that you are an ESL teaching puppeteer, you must have so much fun in class! I haven't used too many puppets with my class but I do tend to use similar techniques to turn objects into 'puppets'. Especially with younger learners they love interacting with objects they are learning about 😊 Where in the world are you teaching?
Brilliant as always. Could please make a video about main topics to teach for young ages. And also any suggestion about teaching parts of the house. Thanks alot.
Hi Jemma, loved your demo. Currently I live in Amman, Jordan. I was offered a job to teach English to Arabic speaking kids at nursery. I have experience to teach kids age 3-4 yrs old privately. But don't have any experience to teach in classroom. So do you have any pointers for me. Thx😊

Hi Nathali, thanks for watching and welcome to the Mooncake community! I hope your classes are going well in Venezuela, what age group do you teach there?
Hi Venus, thanks for watching and welcome to the Mooncake community! I'm very happy to know the ideas were helpful 😊 Where in the world are you teaching?
Hi Redouane, thanks for watching! The best way to learn is to observe classes so I totally understand that you would hope to be able to see a lesson. RU-vid can be quite strict about kids being in videos and it gets complicated with parental permission etc. Kids usually get frustrated during class for a few different reasons. Sometimes the content is too easy or too hard. Or, the pacing of the class is too slow and kids become disengaged. If using too much language to explain games or ideas students can also get bored as they don't understand enough of what is being said. What age group are you teaching and what is their English level?
I tried lots of Jemma's tips. Most of the worked. Some of the were not as successful, again because I couldn't adopt it properly to my class. Before you do anything new with your class just stop for a minute, look at them, and think if it is suitable for them. Analyse their personality, the pace of the cllass, their level of English.
Hi Jemma, and others. I live in Uzbekistan, from Tashkent. A tonss of thanks for your videos. I love them and you how you do them very much))). I have a question, where can I find big-size demonstrative picture books for kids, I can't find them. For example the one like your's bye-bye animal book?
Hi Zane, thanks for watching! The big books should be available online from places such as Amazon. Many of the big books we have here are from National Geographic so you could also search through them. I hope that helps 😊
