20 Minute FULL BODY Dumbbell Challenge [Strength X HIIT Workout]

Tap in with us for this high intensity 20 Minute Strength & Conditioning dumbbell CHALLENGE! We will take you through 5 sets of compound exercises, and the goal is to complete the challenge by only resting during the designated periods. As we go through each set, the rest period will decrease by 5 seconds to increase the intensity & make the workout more challenging. Feel free to use our pace as a reference but you're more than welcome to go slower or faster through the workout.Drop a comment and let us know how you did during this challenge!

Literally writing this from the afterlife. I died a couple times doing this workout. It’s intense and a challenge I accept. Just one workout and I’m already fit like Toya 😜 💪🏽… will be doing this 3x a week

This is what I’ve been needing. A quick and effective full body hiit and strength workout. I have a one year old and it can be hard to get a full hour lifting session in. This gave me the repeats I needed with little rest

Love that the sets are easy to do and you don't make us get into funky positions- this was a great workout - I switched up between 8s and 12s and got a fantastic workout, THANK YOU!!

Holy shit. Was looking for a workout that wouldn’t be so long and difficult where I would easily get discouraged. Finding this workout was incredible and exactly what I was looking for 🙌. Will check out your other videos too. Also shout out to whoever did the interface design with the timer and previews of up next exercises. It’s so helpful, especially when viewing the workout on my phone.

This workout was so challenging! Was able to stick with it up until the beginning of the last set (using 8lbs)... Couldn't complete it. I thought I wad gonna die! But loved dripping with sweat! 💪😅

I love this dumbbell challenge. At 56 the knees aren't what they used to be so I struggle with some of the squats but I take it easy and never give up no matter how challenging it may be. gotta be dead honest...on the last set I had to drop my weights and go without them. had a slight pain in my lower back...never happened in any of your other workouts. I have to credit it to the difficulty of the workout. Oh, i'll be back at it in my next rotation! Never give up! The 60 year old...
