This low impact workouts helps you burn calories, takes little time and focuses on your total body. It can be easily followed along at your own home, and requires no equipment at all. This cardio workout consists of two sets that have totally different exercises, i.e. you won’t do a single exercise twice in this workout.
Halfway this workout you will get a short water break.

Amazing workout! I suffer from back, neck, shoulder and knee issues and was able to keep up with her. She's wonderful at explaining what is coming next. Yoi feel as if she is working out next to you

Thank you! Great instructions. I’m sweaty and breathing heavy plus feel my heart beating. I was pretty intense into boot camp classes about 6 months ago and slowed down. Most of the other low impact I’ve found haven’t felt like cardio. Loved this workout. Thank you again

Today was my 5th day following your workouts. I'm finally able to finish a 20min workout, without pausing the video! Long way to go, but I'll get there. Thanks for these! P.s Doing 20 mins exercise, twice a day, together with a low carb diet enough, to lose weight? Should I be doing more? 40y 6ft 3"male btw.

Hey Alorian, if you're planning on staying on a healthy weight you shouldn't go on a diet forever. Do it until you reach a healthy weight for you and then continue a normal diet with carbs (since our body needs them). A doctor or nutritionist can also provide you with a whole chart of dishes for a month or so, so you can see what you can eat without going back to being heavy. Good luck!

Low intensity, around 100, high intensity probably around 250 or 300.
