@@glenn8478 or a dumb question Glenn, sorry to be cryptic. CSF refers to cerebral spinal fluid, some meditations like kundalini use a muscle squeezing motion to push the csf upwards back toward the brain. When we do this the csf creates a mechanical pressure in the pineal gland, This in turns stimulates piezo-like crystal structures that are present in the pineal, and this encourages the production of small amount of DMT. DMT can add some quite powerful visuals/feels and promotes a far deeper state. It takes practice but I am seeing small results within a few attempts. To be clear, I’m evidence based, I don’t just buy into stuff! But from what I have experienced, it’s really worth a look !! Google/RU-vid ‘dmt breathing’ kundalini mediations, pineal activation, etc. Have fun 😀😎

Wow! I don’t know if anybody else has the same experience but at certain points (during the darker parts) my teeth would come together, and loosen on the lighter parts all on its own. Then felt the music carry me and felt it on my back. This was REALLY GOOD!

Is this what an alien encounter feels like? This is my second day listening to this tune after doing my yoga and meditation. Yesterday I had a full blown panic attack while listening to this, but it’s mostly due to my depression / anxiety. My heart rate went way up and I had a difficult time breathing and focusing on the sound. I’m guessing it’s also due to me not being used to hearing any dimensional sounds too often. The first time I came across a 6D tune was a few years ago and I’ve forgotten all about it until I found this 8D video yesterday. Both days I’ve been sitting in a meditative pose on the floor with my legs crossed and as soon as I started to imagine that it’s a friendly entity, a little tiny UFO swirling and bouncing around me, scanning my brain, I suddenly somehow felt at ease. Thank you for this magic 🌚💫☄️🚀
