3:20 You forget to tell a direct hint of scarlet and violet game which was given in pokemon black and white game where a scarlet and violet coloured books are kept in nacreane city gym's library.
Cynthia’s house is somewhere in Australia, where her signature Garchomp originates from as a species. Her research might be on all the archaeological sites in Australia - where a lot of desert areas feature many fossil finds.
Personally, I hope we will get a Netherlands region. Because I am from the Netherlands. There was a Pokemon exhibition in the Van Gogh Museum. that's a really big hint
The netherlands is a small country compared to spain and france. But the culture is very interesting. So i would say that they should make a region based on the Benelux instead
Oh nice! 😊 And each of those regions inspired by all three countries could be perfect for generations 10, 11 and 12 and all of them should have 100% brand new Pokémon with no old Pokémon in those regions. Since you said that the animals there are so different from everywhere else so the Pokémon should be very different from those of all the other regions, by that I mean that they should all be 100% brand new never before seen Pokémon Now I want any of those three regions to be made for generation 10
@@BJGvideos you May actually have a good point there The first region of Australia can have all brand new Pokémon but when they continue exploring it, many other regions will have similar Pokémon to the first one and the number of brand new Pokémon will just lower bit by bit
Sadly, Pokemon fans have a habit of jumping to conclusions and run with that so much they actually begin to believe it's established facts. The Mega Evolution Timeline is a great example of that. In ORAS we hear one character mention a Hoenn region where Mega Evolution never existed, obviously refering to the original Hoenn region from Ruby/Sapphire, and many people have taken this to mean that all Mega Evoution is part of a seperate timeline, rather then simply meaning ORAS is a seperate timeline, despite that never being confirmed. Even if newer games seem to debunk that, they still talk about it as if it is established facts. Same can be said with the Legendary Beasts being Eeveelutions theory. Lots of people think it's actual confirmed facts, when it's just a hypothesis.
Respectfully, this statement confuses me: Do you mean outright confirmed by text on the PLA site or something like that? If not, what would outright confirmation look like within the games? Sorry, I'm just curious, and kind of wondering if I missed something, because I was under the impression that most (though maybe not all) cases of ancestry in PLA were implied through similar appearances and other thematic elements, not outright confirmed in the games.
Most of the relationships are not outright confirmed. It's just out of all the possible options, assuming Laventon does have a descendant in the other games, Hop and Leon make the most sense. Mostly based on the skin color, being from Galar, and the Professor aspect. Since those are all narrative shorthand ways for Game Freak to hint at familial ties.
That's the thing though. They didn't have colours before, and the next mainline games were Scarlet & Violet. Sometimes a hint isn't always the most in-your-face thing to be noticed
Hm since Cynthias Grandparents sound like they have lived in Sinnoh all their live it would mean one of her parents had to migrate to a different region to give birth to her there
Could the Celestica people have originated in the Greek-inspired Region? Due to their temples and Legends similar to Greek Mythology(Arceus=Zeus, Coronet=Olympus)? Imagine Volo's ancestry coming from a Hercules-inspired superhero.
It kinda sucks that almost every continent has been touched but not a single african nation has any representation in the games....hell I'd take just a slightly Egyptian themed region
I think GameFreak wants to stay away from African nations as to not accidentally offend people again. Especially after their past experience with dark skinned characters. Brock, Lenora, Jynx. But that’s just my theory
This is the shit I don't like about this dude. He's like "this game had flowers that were the exact colors of Scarlet and Violet, referencing the next game in the series" when it was literally the next game or "this NPC speaks Spanish and this games region also has people that speak Spanish oooohhh" It's really not that farfetched for an Easter egg to be in a game that came out a year apart and announced 3 months after BDSPs release. You're not good bro. Your content is mid and half the time you don't even know what you're talking about or just make stuff up
4:50 I think a plausible explanation for the connection could be that since so much of Gen 5 took inspiration from Gen 1, maybe somebody found that line and decided to design munna around having a floral pattern
Could be but honestly I think pokemon had things planned for a while because to many things add up for it to be a coincidence or added in randomly in my eyes lol because here's my thing if there was no pokemon in gen 1 with a floral pattern then why even have that trainer mention that if they didn't know they were eventually going to make a pokemon with a floral pattern ??
What if every Gen took place on the entire planet(as small as Kanto) and included the same 1,024 Pokemon? Along with only 8 Gyms and 1 League(but Gym Leaders, Elite Fours, and Champions often changed during timeskips). While Gen 2 onwards only introduced new locations and new forms like Megas and Variants?
@@derEichorn_hochbegabteMeinung *"the expectations are low and they still suck."* No, they don't. *"i mean we are hypted if the game dont have alot of bugs and fps drows."* Okay, that happened with one game.
On the same day that WWE has the Elimination Chamber PLE in Perth, Australia (huge WWE fan BTW), Hoops&HipHop suggests that Pokemon is gonna have Gen 10 with a region that is based on Australia. Imagine if this turns out to be true LOL.
Also, Garchomp is said to be from a region that is like Alola but hotter. Other regions are like that are Indonesia, Maldives, other Oceanian countries, and the Caribbeans.
I'm Australian! I really want a region based on here too, with a regional Marowak evolution to be a male counterpart to Kangaskhan. I want us to have a massive Safari Zone based on the great Australian Zoo! If our Legendaries were all based on Aboriginal stories, Ularu could be the sacred site of its temple. Also, we pronounce it oo-lah-roo! A lot of our pronounciations are quite different to American ones, such as al-oo-min-ee-um instead of al-oo-mi-num. I think the Rainbow Snake is a bit too obvious for a Legendary, when it could instead be something more sinister or poisonous, maybe even something that reverses gravity to make the world upside down? We also need a Pokemon that's a prawn, not a shrimp based name, a fire type to make fun of the shrimp on the barbie ad.
I've been keeping my out for a region based on India. There seems to be a lot of hints heading that direction. Though whatever region they announce next I'll just be happy if they don't take place in one city.
In regards of a place worthy to be a gen 10 candidate, would be fitting as fuck to be in the gyana region teased at gen 1 and explore the mew ancestralogy and creation stuff. Also SV ahas some CIRCUNSTANCIAL evidence in regards to south America, like the masks being able to give powers like the natives believe, hence majoras mask being somewhat inspired by the marajoara tribe in brazil/ Hispanic country. Or the paldean tauros being a double reference, one obvioly for toradas (which should end cuz is cruel fuck Spanish ppl for that) but also could refer the "Boi bumba festival" since the 3 bulls represented in the tale are red and blue (caprichoso and garaintdo)and the boi bumba o boi da cara preta OR bumba Bull with a black face. Which is IMMENSLLY popular in the north part of. Brazil (coke is blue and Pepsi is red in the home towns of the festival (at least during the festival) Also quaquaval is literally just samba and carnaval all over it (also pokego went this way with quaquaval events and also enamourous) Idk it's just circunstancial evidence and it's fun to look at (also gible could be from the SA tropics would make sense) But it's fun to theorize and would be fitting that gen 10 goes the whole way round to talk about mew, arceus, the creation and tie some loose ends here and there
16:42 Ditto looks kinda Australia shaped, then you have the Cacnea (Green) and Dedenne (Gold) paintings either side of it; Australia’s National Colours of Green and Gold.
Ngl a lot of these are massive stretches. That calendar looks nothing whatsoever like the UK or Galar, for instance. That picture in the art room looks nothing like Uluru (and Australia isn't really considered a tropical nation). Also, any Australia region would have to be only part of the country because that would be like trying to make a region out of the entire continental US.
What about mega raichu but make it look like gurruchu the canceled 3rd evolution of pikachu. Mega sunflora? Mega durant?mega sawk? I want a forgotten pokemon get love!!!! Actually a mega eevee would be amazing. Mega ledian?
I think the Ferrum region, from Pokken Tournament, is based off Australia. But that’s a spin-off, so I don’t know if they’re going to change it for gen 10(+)
bro since most regions are based on entire countries an austalian based region might be the 2nd largest possible region only being topped by russia 💀 that would have to be a game where they bring the national dex and all 1000+ mons i mean with a region that big there would be plenty of room to stick all the mons
Dude that person in the unknown picture isn’t god it’s ghetsis. The right side is darked out the robe the hair. I don’t know what that means but that is ghetsis
When you're talking about the possible Australia region, you mention Uluru, but your pronounciation is off. Not hating, just educating, us aussies pronounce it like Oo-lah-roo. Would love an aussie region, but think we'll head back to Japan for gen 10 personally.
Mate, if we get an Australia region for gen 10 I'll be ecstatic. I love it when any game makes reference to my country. Doesn't happen often enough. Gible being a the land shark Pokemon also makes sense because... I mean, even though there's sharks everywhere, we definitely don't have a shortage of them down here! Magnificent creatures. Also, you pronounced Uluru wrong. It's "oo-la-ROO" with the emphasis on the last syllable.
Also, gen 1 referenced the upcoming gen 2 games. In Yellow you could check Pikachu's happiness and you would need to raise its happiness in order to receive Bulbasaur in Cerulean City. Happiness is a big mechanic in gen 2 with introduction of happiness friendship evolution.
if Pokemon is going to feature a future game set in Australia the four must include pokemon are kangaroo, tazzy devils, black mamba (we are overdo for a new snake mon), and the thylacine (make this a new eeveelution please) ... also add an evo where the koala Pokemon wakes up
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought that painting looked like uluru. I stared at it for a good half hour hoping and praying that it’s for realsies… there’s so much potential for amazing pokemon based on our wildlife, it’s kinda dumb that we don’t already have a region of our own-same with africa to be honest! I’d like to see some new zealand crossover too, or a game all to itself since NZ has some really awesome wildlife of its own! I could gush all day about this but I’ll just shut up, haha
I liked this video; it's especially cool to see cases where an older pokedex entry inspired a new form or evolution highlighted. The fact that GameFreak presumably looks back on that from previous games is just something I find neat. And while I'm not sure I am sold on the Elio and Fuecoco connection, it made me laugh to see Fuecoco come up in relation to the Alola protagonists, because my first thought at that point was how I'd never consciously noticed it, but Fuecoco's vacant stare really takes me back to playing through Gen 7 and the player character's constant blank expression.
Maybe Cynthia is from the Australia region. She uses a Garchomp and with the hints of Gible being from that region, you could make the connection to her that way.
I think Gen 10 could still be in a Netherlands based region because of the current pattern of Pokémon regions since gen 6. Kalos (Based on France) - Temperate/cold region Alola (Based on Hawaii) - Warm/tropical region Galar (Based on the UK) - Temperate/cold region Paldea (Based on the Iberian Peninsula) - Warm/tropical region. If this pattern contnues I'd suspect a Netherlands/Benelux based region (Temperate/Cold) in Gen 10 and perhaps an Australia based region in Gen 11 (Warm/Tropical)
Some reason Game Freak can't get the voices on the characters to talk the main characters only is it so hard to do😮 that needs to change is all in the Pokemon games
Laventon isn't Hop/Leon's ancestor. There has never been anything confirming it. It's so exhausting seeing people spread misinformation 2 years later just because it's a popular theory. If anything there's more evidence for him being related to Rose and Peony. 😭😭😭😭😭
You must be joking. He shares body mannerisms with Hop, their grandfather in Hop's & Leon's house has similar body type to Laventon, he has beard similar to Leon's, purple is a main recurring color in his design, and Hop even goes into wanting to be a Pokemon Professor by starting out as an assistant.
@@EdgardoJCruz-dk5kv buddies entire life is built on his perception of pokemon, it destroys his world if his theories aret validated by someone who actually made a video...instead of a comment saying it was wrong 😂
I’ve seen some insane reaching in RU-vid videos over the years but that ridiculous Fuecoco shoes reach was one for the books. Michael Jordan’s final point at the end of space jam ass reaching
