It still kills me that they removed chain wrestling. Matches shouldn't start out as fast paced as they do without it. It just made the matches flow so much better.

I mean, the only reason 2k19s better is because it doesn’t crash. When 2k23 actually works, it’s way better.

@@edgar214ER Yeah but 23 also has a lot of small details 2k19 is missing. They way they sell kickouts, the ref counting slower after they’ve been knocked out, teams working together in royal rumbles, etc.

Because Yukes took off, rightfully so. They wanted to make more HCTP and ‘13 style games but 2k only wanted simulation nonsense.

Ironically 2k22/23 have those same sliders but the sliders dont seem to even matter at all now

@@the_antpochino they do? I know there are sliders for the pin minigame and the ref down time but are there sliders for how long the wrestlers themselves stay down?

I prefer the old way of storing reversals that charge back up over the button guessing way they use now

Plus it has legends, superstars that aren’t going to be in a wwe game for a long time or ever. And that doesn’t include modded wrestlers from previous games like cm punk ect

​@@shweeniemccocko2177I don't like the arcade gameplay. Only liked it in the old WWE games when it was necessary and when I was a kid. Now the game just looks off realistic graphics and gameplay so unrealistic

@@BattleForGOD Ok because all of that can be fixed. You can just not use the combos, and set the ais combo usage to 0. You can get rid of the No selling by adjusting everyone’s recovery stat, which is tedious but worth it.

2k23 is fun, fast paced, and exciting. 2k19 is boring and is bogged down by simulation

@@Randomperson-zt3il I still like 2k19 and I agree those cool features it had like stacking tables and stuff should not have been removed, but overall, I still prefer 2k23s gameplay because it’s just fun. It’s fast paced but it’s not like all stars level of arcadey. It’s got enough simulation for me like fatigue and fatigued moves.

2k23 has better universe mode The blood looks better (There’s not enough of it tho) Broken weapons don’t disappear You can actually tell when wrestlers are tired Caws look way better It had AI sliders Moves have more impact Wargames Weapons in a hell in a cell Entrances are way better Weapon taunts

If we talk about myrise from 2k22, mycarrer is much better, in 2k22 there were lots of stories that didn't make sense with each other, in 2k23 they did improve that

Yes and no as their as aspects of 2k19's my career that i find more enjoyable and interesting.

Totally agree, showcase mode sucks bad and the real flashbacks dont make it any better. I did the Mysterio showcase in 22 just to unlock Kane and Batista….I literally just put it on easy and it was over in less than an hour, I instantly thought of the old krusty the clown voiceover in WWF Attitude CAW menu saying “This is suppose to be fun?”

I couldn’t even do a Swanton Bomb off the ladder thru a table in 22…

I'm shocked that it isn't in the new game.

@@xLanzer I just got it and today and man fuck this game it's worse then I thought I'm ova here trying to do the John Cena showcase and I'm on the Undertaker vs John Cena match at WrestleMania and this glitchy ass shit is so broken I can't win the match. I do all the stupid objectives and then hit him with the Tombstone to end the match this man health is literally gray and his head is red and yet he kicks out anyway. And then he hits the FU and all of a sudden the screen goes black and I can no longer see what is happening. This game is a glitched broken mess just like it has been since 2K20 what a fucking rip off.

@@marky3609 are you sure you're doing the objectives as you should?

@@xLanzer Yes I completed all the objectives that Undertaker Cena match is one of the easier ones because it was such a squash match in real life but each time I try and do it Cena kicks out of the Tombstone I go for a second one he reveres it and then hits an AA and then the screen goes black. The match is still playing in the background and can be herd you can even still see the UI on screen but the actual ring all the characters are pitch black. So so got pissed off at that mess and tried playing online with my friend on a woman's Tag Team match where we play together against 2cpus and every time I go to pick our CPU opponents the game would crash my PS5 back to the dashboard. So then my uncle joined in and we tried playing an intergender tag match between the 3 of us with 2 of us on teams and one person with a CPU partner and this time it let us get all the way to the match only for it to immediately pop up and say an error has occurred all players have been replaced with an AI then my friend and uncle get kicked back to the main menu and I get stuck in the match with a bunch of CPUs. So then my friend hopped off and me and my Uncle tried playing a War Games Match against CPUs. Again it let us get in the match and even play for a bit but then it said an Error has occurred all players will be replaced with AI. Then my uncle got booted and I got stuck playing with CPU's again. This game is utterly broken I'm thinking about making a RU-vid video showing off all the issues and calling 2K out along with all the fake ass game journos that had have gotten paid off to give this game the good reviews it got. It's high time someone exposed these lying ass scamming bastards this shit is unacceptable.

@@vandzgaming2510 I literally did, it was short and quite boring. The legacy one was a tiny bit better, but much worse than my career in 2k19. Even 2k20 had a pretty good my career, minus the glitches and animations.

@@mihaimercenarul7467 nah man, my career in 2k19 n 2k20 was quite boring and repetitive storyline, just like other 2k games such as NBA, storyline was pretty lame and old. I do like 2k19 only just because of their gameplay and roster, other thing is pretty same.
