Stunning choices! Audio is top notch, video production is impeccable! Adding the chapters helps and keeping the fragrances names while talking about it makes the experience of watching the review that much better!
I've got 70 colognes....10% of which are my own personal " signature scents." My advice to any/ all men out there is to try many different scents since they all smell different on all people! Body chemistry is " unique " on every individual, so be sure to know the occasion for which you'll be wearing the fragrance. Seasonal scents are crucial depending upon perspiration and pheromones. Never overspray since it's best for personal scents to be " discovered" and not " announced!".( Where to apply & amount) Unless the colognes are " weak"( projection) for 4 hrs or less.....Experiment with varieties of different categories of scents. If you want to please and get compliments from women, then it's important to "know the scents" that "women love" and not what you and other men necessarily love! ( Top, middle, and bottom motes) Depending upon your ...Motive, Intentions, and Agenda, this will determine your personal choice in selecting your " signature scents!"
@@βαθύζ It's awesome. You won't regret it. It's the only one that both my buddy and I both have and he likes it more than his Roja Enigma Pour Homme Parfum.
hi Monika, I have around 150 fragrances, but slowed my colecting right down now. Top 3 for compliments are: Lattafa Asad, Bleu de Chanel and would you believe Joop
I have 5 fragrances, and friends think Im wierd that I have that much, bruv Im picky and kinda like the choices, get more understanding on witch occasions I need witch
I’ve got 7 bottles. For a “starting 3” I would go with: 1) PLR Carbon (versatile, fresh, blue scent, and my favorite Dior Sauvage flanker 😉) 2) Tom Ford Oud Minerale (good for hot days, a little off the beaten path, unique scent) 3) Dark Suede by Hawthorne (boozy, spicy & sweet scent for cold weather and evenings)
Great video Monika- I have only some 15 fragrances and so this is inspirational as to what I should aim for next. Armani AdìGio profumo is my goto safe favourite btw. A couple of questions if I may: 1. I have MB Explorer and get the occasional compliment but I absolutely HATE it - what’s wrong with me?! 2. I have tried all variants of the Bleu de Chanel and include in my arsenal a travel spray of the EDP. However my favourite is my 150ml Parfum bottle - am I the only one? Keep up the great work! X
Have any of you guys noticed a distinction between your taste and the ladies taste? Are there any frags that to you are just ok but the ladies love, or ones that smell great to you but get no compliments?
Great lineup 👍 There are around 160 bottles in my collection and Im happy with it. I love Le Male Le Parfum, glad I got a 200ml bottle and I also have 2 bottles of Luna Rossa Black which is another favorite of mine. Keep the videos coming
I have a lot of these but the perfume parlour clone versions. Simply stunning, JPG Le Male parfum is a special fragrance, such a gorgeous iris/lavender scent
@José David Cortes Garay Google them. They're a UK based company who specifically focus their efforts on making clones of both designer and niche fragrances. I have 15+ in my collection of fragrances that I previously owned as OGs and they are extremely impressive. They ship worldwide too. They'll save you a lot of money too. For context their extract fragrances - 30ml is £17. Certainly check them out.
I have 21 fragrances, not including decants and samples. When most people see my collection, they say something like, "How do you choose" or "Wow, that's a lot of cologne." It's kinda funny because in the fragrance community, 21 is like a very small, well curated collection, if even considered a collection lol
I went from 100+ to just 5 since I became a digital nomad. Can't imagine having more than that at this point lol. I'd love to know your favorites from your collection.
@Pinerocks It's a good number for me. I have a few options for every season and occasion, and every fragrance I have, I truly enjoy. Although I understand how frag heads might get bored and want more variety.
@krm5693 Dang over 100 to just 5 that must have been tough to choose. A few of my favorites are Carlisle, Harod, Pasha de Cartier Parfum, Greenly, Spicebome Extreme, and Xerjoff Casamorati Mefisto EDP. Although I could honestly name of pretty much every bottle I own as I enjoy all of them very much. Have to also mention Jean Paul Gaultier La Male La Parfum, Haltan, and Givinci Reserve Privee
@@rickyromano6659 Those are some heavy hitters right there! I've always been curious about the Privee and Pasha de cartier. I'll give those a try whenever I'm near a frag store. Thanks for taking the time to write those down.
Have 32 fragrances, would get Gisada Ambassador, Nautica Voyage and Rasasi Fattan first. The last 2 are very cheap but very good, the first one is a bit expensive but my favorite.
I have a little over 200 frags. Explorer is def a good one for a newbie. Then if I had to stick with this list, I'd go with Le Male Le Parfum and then it would be hard to pick between Valentino Uomo Intense or YSL Y EDP Intense, bc that would be determined by where they tend to go and whether those environments are more posh or laid back.
Nice video. Bleu de Chanel edp&Parfum, YSL Bleu Eletrique, JPG le male le parfum and Guerlain ideal (Extreme, l’intense, edp, Cool). That is all. Cardamom, lavender and woods are the very much appreciated notes for me.
Banging Video. I have Prada Luna Rosa black and I wear it in the office almost as a signature scent. Your list was amazing and has so many of what I plan to buy soon. Some of my best include Le Nuit De lhomme Blue Electrique, ADG Profumo and Gurlain ideal intense. I only have about 20 bottles. Oh the biggest surprise for me was trying Jadore by Christian Dior as its marketed as a perfume for women but dam is it good and I think its more unisex. I dig it
please no, avoid most sold fragrances, especially Bleu de Chanel EDP, every average man uses it, I smelled it almost every day, you might smell like someone’s ex or dad.
@@AhmadAli-pp7ln yes bleu de channel is so common . If u have 100+ fragrances, go for niche . I would recommend from houses like pdm and xerjoff . Xerjoff naxos is amazing . Shit pulls off compliment like crazy.
@@iveeiselia2318 Bleu De Chanel EDP I suggested for someone just starting out with their collection. And, yes I agree that Naxos smells great 💪🏾. What would you recommend for someone just starting a collection?
love the video ! here are my fragrances i use Everyday: Channel bleu Summer: Verssace eros flame Powerfull: Guerlain Santal royal Dates & Evening: V&R Spice bomb extreme
Hi Monica... All the way from Australia.. I have 20 in my collection plus 10 decants/samplers.. From your list I am saving for Bleu de Chanel EDP... Side Effect sounds very interesting.. and I want to add both Le Male le parfum and Le Beau parfum aswell... I think my current favourite from your list and my collection is Stronger with you Intensely...
I just started my collection last month (up to 11 cologne’s ☺️) …. Great list, I can’t wait to smell the fragrances u listed that I’ve never smelt. The 3 I want to add from your list is Parfum de Marley Greenley, Creed Royal Oud, and Tom Ford Oud Wood…But you forgot Replica Jazz Club! Lol jk
I usually like to be left alone. I could listen you all the day, and wish you wouldn't stop talking. You have such a pleasant voice, interesting and sexy at the same time. Good Video.... Favourite is Prada Black and Blue Channel
Do you guys think le male le parfum is usual for spring/summer evenings? I live in the Netherlands so it’s not that hot, but not cold too. I really enjoy the DNA. But I don’t want to overpower you know 🤣
You are so beautiful. I love your videos, your voice, and your fragrance knowledge. I love the way your husband models the fragrances. You guys are the perfect team. I love your sense of humor. You can be so funny. Thank you so much for your time and what you do for the fragrance community 👍🏽👊🏽
Loved the Video Monika❤.... Will be collecting some perfumes from this video, Awesome choice I must say. Is the projection Loud on Auster Electicmuss ? Never tried that but its tempting me to buy it tbh lol
Love the video monika I own 50 fragrance in my collection for now is the best thing I have in my life and I get a lot of compliment when I where fragrance
Wow. LNDL Parfum is one of my favourites … but I wouldn’t consider it an every day fresh fragrance. To me it’s a date night and/ or sweet and spicy fall winter scent. Nice list though!
Hello everybody. I got a sample of Chanel Allure Homme sport eau extrême and it smells really good. The problem is it's barely noticeable on my skin. Does this happen to you? Can it be because of the bottle? It's not a sprayer, so maybe i ruin the fragrance by rubbing it on the skin... Thanks
Hi Monika! thanks for the great Video as always I can always come to you for nice recommendations :D I was wondering what you think aboit the Hause of nishane? have you smelled Ani or Fan your flames? it would interesting to know what you think of them :) you mentioned I believe 2 in your past videos but they are a different style than this 2 or others. Greetings from switzerland!!! keep up the amazing Videos and elegancy / fun in your Videos I really enjoy them every Single time 🔥🔥🔥
I go back and forth between Sedley and Percival. For summer though, IMO, Sedley is the best option of the three. Also believe that Percival is an all year rounder, and Greenley is more of spring/fall fragrance...like most green fragrances.
Oceania is great in the dry down but it has this very cleaneresque bleach like accord.People please sample especially with niche you could make expensive mistakes.Oceanias dry down takes a few hours at least,so I'd advise try Tiziana Terenzi Focenero far more natural smelling. Also Montale Aqua Gold imo of course.
I recently just started buying fragrances, my first one was Prada Luna Rossa Black and it's smell really good, if you like soft and not too strong fragrance, Prada Black is one to pick up, even my mom liked it, even tho I only get to see her after work, and at that point, I can't even smell anything on myself, but she can still smell it.
@@championsgaming1 You gotta try to spray it on ur skin and wait half an hour and try to smell it, when I spray it on paper, it's smell quite different and a bit softer
@@sidthixaychoummanivong5643 ill try again then. But i just couldn’t get any actual notes from it. It smelled “powdery” but not like anything i could make out 🤷🏼♂️
I have around 120. Of the fragrances mentioned, I would advise they purchase: Mont Blanc Explorer Bleu de Chanel Allure Homme Sport Have you tried the new Polo Blue Parfum? I am not a huge fan of the Blue line but I was very impressed after randomly sampling. It has a Bleu de Chanel vibes, not that they smell the same but they can be used in similar situations. Was curious about your thoughts…
I definitely recommend JPG Le Male Le Parfum. I got it as a gift so glad it is a big bottle because I practically bathe in it. I am intrigued with some of the Niche fragrances. I haven't fully got into that realm too much yet but I encourage folks to start with designer like DG Light Blue Eau Intense(casual) and Prada Luna Rosa Black(late afternoon/evening date) as an excellent starter. If you also so happen to have more intimate, cozy interactions with someone definitely grab the Stronger w/ You Intensely. My partner isn't crazy about it but she loves freshies and spicy colognes so she loves the Dior Sauvage. However, most people probably will appreciate all of the ones mentioned.
Old Spice is the only aftershave I use to have my ex wives call for a quickie. They always tell me they hate how they wear the cologne she wants them to wear.
Of the frags mentioned here, I have the bleu de chanel edp, armani stronger with you absolutely and montblanc explorer. What do you think of SWY absolutely vs SWY intensely? I know in some of your older videos you recommended SWY absolutely a tad bit more than SWY intensely 😃
It is a really even battle between the two of them. I might prefer Absolutely a tad more, but I realise that Intensely is more accessible to most of the people
Great video, thx Monika 😉, i have « only » around 80 fragrances in my collection 😊. I would have maybe added the « powdery » category that can be used for different occasions, i m thinking of Givenchy Gentleman EDP, Dior Homme Intense EDP, nuit d’issey parfum. And the ones i wear the most for going out are Layton PdM, DesirToxic & RoyalVintage from Micallef and gentle fluidity gold MFK Olivier
Great video, thank you. I feel like a better new name for the channel should be Monika - Men's Fragrance with ASMR. There's a clear, purposeful lean toward an ASMR in the delivery/tone.
I just started my collection last month (up to 11 cologne’s ☺️) …. Great list, I can’t wait to smell the fragrances u listed that I’ve never smelt. But you forgot Replica Jazz Club! Lol jk
