I had 8 ten pulls (with 26 pulls before )to try getting Raiden today and i got her on my 5th ten pull which was amazing luck for me and i was super happy!
i got raiden at 49 pity engulfing lighting at 41 pity and thundering pulse on 10 wishes ! i selected engulfing but got thundering on first 10 wishes lol
I can’t say for certain. Timing matters a lot too. I pulled at around 6:10 bc that was around the time everyone was getting their five stars after the banner dropped at 6. I’d say try if you like her more than the upcoming characters. Unless you can wait until the last day of her banner when more people might be pulling for her.
